Poor Management choices. 
Not what  you know its who you know
Go in you have no idea what your doing till they tell you
They want you to follow rules unless it doesn't suit them at the time. 
Not a well run company . Too many in office staff compared to warehouse staff. More people sitting around on youtube and movies versus working on their actual job. Everyone texting and chatting on phones no control in their at all

working there was great, i had lots of experience in different departments, i learned how to become a team leader and how to work well with others, working with my co-workers were great everyone was friendly and caring
My hardest part  working was operating the conveyor belt, most times it would break down and have problems which i would be the one to solve it. 
we did have monthly bonuses and employee of the month, and outings which was enjoyable.

A typical day at work will be when i take a 15 mins lunch break instead of 30 mins because there are so many calls coming in from customers.
i learned how to work in a environment full of stress
the hardest part of my job was trying to call a customer down and explain to to him or her what the problem really is.
the most enjoyable parts were the barbecues and getting to make new friends and offering prices to hardworking agents.

Great learning experience and amazing coworkers. 
Very low salary for the amount of work and no opportunity for advancement. 
Treated poorly, employees are undervalued and management only care about maximizing profits.


I am a highly motivated individual. I am very keen to detail. I easily take initiative and can work independently with or without supervision. I'm dynamic and punctual. I am also open-minded, and that allows me to learn fast. I adapt easily to new conditions of work and I work very well in a team.

Horrible boss that fires everyone everyday ! If you go wash the toilets you have better work environment rather than working in current beyond the rack !

It was a great learning experience. But the bosses were horrible. I worked really hard and even trained new comers they told me i would be getting a raise for all my hard work but i never did.

I've learn to be a responsible worker. I get a long to all the staff at work. i've been appreciated everytime I made the highest pick up.

I enjoyed this company before the new ownership.  After that I felt the environment had changed.  It was no longer a pleasant place to work where people were motivated to do well and achieve their goals
