Starts of as seemingly good than you start to notice all the clicks in this company, being in one is the only way to keep your job. A smile to your face and than talking behind your back. Being a brown nose is the only way to get ahead in this company. Tales to the supervisor is rewarded. Instead of letting you know your work ethic to your face, so that you can correct it, the people go behind your back to the supervisor. Clicky people everywhere if u don't choose one click and stick to them you will be out casted. The wages are the lowest you can possibly recieve in this industry they have not given raises in ten years. And don't forget after two pm no one works and everyone just stands around and talks ,if your found working everyone will be upset because your making them look bad. So don't work hard go as slow as you can because it's rewarded. But if the supervisor comes by make it look like your working. 

The organization faces several significant challenges. Despite the dedication and hard work of many coworkers, there is a notable issue with management's approach, which tends to be perceived as lacking empathy and fostering a toxic environment. Although I have received two raises within two years, which is a positive aspect, the expectations set by management are often considered unrealistic. This has resulted in high turnover rates, as many capable employees choose to leave due to the demanding nature of the work environment.

A typical day involved hands on physical labour as I fit up and welded skids and other structural components. I was able to perfect my skills as a welder and gained much knowledge of the process of putting together a skid. My co-workers were awesome and always made for an enjoyable day at work. The hardest part of my job would have been working in high temps during the summer. The most enjoyable part of my job would have been the satisfaction of a job well done and getting big paydays after long hard weeks of overtime!!

Many great and friendly people that works there. It was fun and busy, however things slowed down quite a bit this year. Tensions are high and management keep changing tactics to make the company run more efficiently.

They could cared a little bit more to employees that cared for the company.

Use to be a pretty great place work. With the new lead hand and new foreman in the skid shop, not so much. Foreman pretends to be your friend just to get you to work overtime hours then will throw you under the bus anytime she gets. The former pro pak lead hand that is currently there is the same way but worse. Constantly bullies and harasses employees to work faster and work more overtime. Just another Calgary sweat shop to avoid.

•A typical day involves little to no management from leads Luther then assigned tasks in the morning. 
•There is no safety culture
.•You’re worrying week to week if there will be work
•They will approve just about all time that’s needed off with little to no hesitation which is nice
•The hardest part of the day is watching people take advantage of the lack of leadership in the shop

Very disorganized. I do not recommend this company.

Workload and incompetence of others

Culture does not exist in this company 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Get in at 7 work, work, work until 6pm not even time for lunch break

Pays cheap compared to other companies. Co-workers are only there to get info and rat you out to achieve points. Not all but 70% are rats!
Management best words to describe “TRASH” w-t.  If you’re a skilled hardworking then is not a place for you!
 If you’re lazy and good with knees pads succkin then is the place for you!
Drug test is only for company show, foreman and leadhand are crackheads, gummies, sniff ‘n.

Structural Welder and fabrication in the assembly department.
Install crane tanks, surge tanks and build structural supports for process pipe. Weld down scrubbers with Metal core/flux core
Weld all positions with 7018 and flux core
Weld down compressor blocks and Engine blocks
Follow all safety procedures and requirements by tool box meetings ..
