What is the best part of working at the company?
Getting C.N.C EXPERIENCE...and that is all. The management was way to aggressive. I began to hate it there.. The management sucked big time. So will I was work I went out a door before break and a had a smoke and one of the employees saw me and told the supervisors and they fired me. 


What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Leaving for good.....I hated it there after 3 years of work there.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It is a lousy place to work and the people there are very ignorant. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It was stressful because of the way you get treated.

Pay is good, lots of overtime available but a lot of the overtime was mandatory. 
My team lead was a nightmare and the main reason I left. They are union but still have unfair policies. 
The people working on the floor are great. I worked night shift and everyone was friendly and kind. 
They do 2 week shutdown twice a year where maintenance has to work every day, at Christmas and in July. 
For the maintenance Dept, I wouldn't recommend working here, but not terrible for floor positions. 

Management is absolutely terrible and does not care about employee concerns/wellfare. Constantly short staffed but keep having tasks added and expected to stay overtime and get everything done with no incentives. Overworked and exhausted and told on a constant basis being short staffed isn't an excuse for not completing tasks and/or making mistakes. Employess treated with little to no respect especially from new plant manager. Only thing that makes this place bareable is the coworkers.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Nothing. Only the coworkers are great 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Tremendously understaffed. Pressure from the Plant Manager is unbearable 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Practice many unethical means. Sterile products are reworked & resealed outside the sterile zone. Not sure how come Health Canada doesn't find out

Everything was excellent except for a very dark cloud hanging over your head .The sterile gowning test ! If you dont pass that every year, you get terminated.
I did not pass. I got terminated. I question their test facility .

Worked in the Evening Shift from 3 pm to 11  pm. Learned the process of Quality control of Raw Materials in Canadian Pharmaceutical Company. The Management was unbiased & work oriented. Hardest part was doing wet & dry test. Enjoyable part was working in an environment where you are respected for your work.

• Ensuring compliance with cGMP, SOP(s) and production requirements.
• Solved production process problems and assisted with compliance when required.

The people are great and support each other. But with low staffing and higher product demands it got crazy on the floor sometimes. We managed but people are getting tired and aggravated. The place needs people and a morale boost.

a very friendly employees where I could get experience about wet chemist job and I could do a combination of wet chemist and instrumentation chemist at the same time

The management do not have your back and the people are so unprofessional there. You do not learn much or grow within the company unless you ask for it yourself.
