Micro managing managers, all smoke and stuff to your face then basically plots your next departure date.

They promote "competitive" salary but in reality its about 30% below market rate. With slim to none benefits, really no career progression here. I've worked here for a few years but the hr people keep changing basically every few quarters. That tells you alot if they can't even keep the hr people to stay.

My department runs a tight ship and we were crammed into one tiny room with 5 of us. Literally rubbing shoulder to shoulder. No training, no commodore, no moral. Everyone that works there is out of their minds because the salary is not even close to market rate.

Company promotes "culture" but its a sinking ship.

I have not worked at a place like this before where the teams are working together so much we can meet in the kitchens and meeting rooms to discuss what's working. People are super friendly and helpful to support. First few months felt like well planned for my learning plan started with the company the same time as 3 other people from different areas, we really belong to 'one' team and share our work experiences all the time.  Company provides hot drinks coffee, tea, hot choc, in a huge modern kitchen.  Company takes the COVID safety very seriously which is good for my family at home to know.  I love it here.

I have worked here for more than 2 years. The HR department bullies old and new employees by ultra-complicating things and micro-managing each and every department without the department manager's knowledge so that you can never get a promotion or job security. I've had a couple of good and hardworking colleagues suffered from these things at the hands of the ruthless management of HR. Also, they pay lower than the average rate in the market, and there is no career progression here.

Run . Save yourself from the misery. You will be asked to always do overtimes and without proper compensation except for production team . They set un realistic targets and expect you to perform by killing your work life balance . They claim they care about the employees but internally no one really cares about it. Also you will be underpaid and won’t grow as in other companies.

bioLytical is a fast-growing company and excellent place to work.  The office and warehouse environment is very fun and expansive, people working in my team showing high collaboration and respecting each others.  I feel tired at the end of the day sometimes, but it was in a satisfied way.  Never heard any grumbling about the management or the company which telling me that the company well worth to work with.

The work culture is toxic. Except lots of backstabbing from your coworkers in your department. Your manager will likely have someone in the department spy on you, make no mistake about that. 
Very unprofessional and overall a bad experience. Do not work here. Unless of course you’re okay with short stints on your resume because you will be let go if you’re not toxic and willing to backstab like everyone else in this company.

Loved working at bioLytical, learned alot about my job and how things work for getting such a great product out the door.  The company is open to change and seems like they know what they are doing to be world class.  I was asked alot by HR how my experience is at work which really made me feel I mattered.  

Work is challenging and fun, always something new to learn.  The company culture is terrific for including you in everything.  I have seen my own growth professionally and personally since I started.  The company really follows through on making sure you have everything you need to keep growing and checks in often. 

I had great co-workers.
Well co-ordinated and organized, and managed well.
I was trusted to do my job which I appreciated. We had fun events to go to, 
Evaluations from management every few months to ensure the our feedback was ongoing. We had constructive feedback to improve the program.

Overall, I enjoyed the work-place culture, and staff.

Great place to work at. Good management and a lot to learn.  HR does a great job of ensuring perks, good benefits, support on development  and time off when needed.
The company is expanding worldwide and a lot of opportunities to progress.
