The manager of French Made is absolutely FANTASTIC. And the team is great as well, overall. There were some issues I had with upper management and some lower management supervisors. Lots of micro aggressions, inability to act on certain situations that were urgent for the safety of employees, rude treatment of fellow workers at times. They do not allow you to come through the front door of the cafe, but allow you to bring the garbage out that way. Super weird, makes you feel a bit like they want to hide you or are ashamed of having employees??? Odd experience, but had an overall good time while there.

I regret to inform you that my experience at this particular workplace has been quite unfavorable. I have made the decision to distance myself from this establishment due to various reasons. Firstly, the management team appears to lack a clear understanding of their responsibilities and the overall direction of the company. This has resulted in a significant level of dissatisfaction among the staff members, as evidenced by the widespread unhappiness within the team. Additionally, the turnover rate at this organization is alarmingly high, indicating a lack of stability and job satisfaction. Considering these circumstances, I believe it is in my best interest to seek employment elsewhere.

Disappointing your team, because it's a dream job. I loved working there

Amazing, high end, professional, fast paced

Busy, fun, attentive, professional and on top of dealines

Favourtism in effect. No team player on site. Discrimination at its best.

Lack of leadership is a concern

Discreet and no sense of direction

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Feels like forever fake people as your leader from top

If you apply as a security officer for the Bisha Hotel, you are not just an S/O, but also valet, housekeeping, bellperson, etc. and you get no credit or anything extra out of it. You are lucky if a guest decides to tip you and doesn’t always happen. The Rooms Manager tries to run the Security Dept., and since he is friend with the GM of the hotel he gets away with everything. I wish I could write more but I will let you experience it for yourself.

Ownership needs to step up and change the management responsible for daily operations of the hotel. Management responsible to run the company think they are the smartest and want people of certain color only to work under them and also wants people who just say yes for everything they ask to do. 

Totally unprofessional disrespectful and ungrateful top level management. 

The management and team is very nice. I like them very much. Communication definitely be improved. I am not provided enough updates related to daily operations. I will say it is good. But it could be better. Overall i am happy. I thank Bisha Family. 

Mostly the management always assist our employees and there is no culture issue within environment issue in the company people were equally treate as one family 

This is the job that you have a lot of responsibilities. Great working environment. When I start my day at Bisha, I work on my checklist. It is very nice serving hotel guests. The hardest part of the job is to handle guest complaints

Horrible work environment. Managers treat employees horribly and scream at you when they are stressed out from clients. favouritism shows very much. Wouldn’t recommend at all.
