The work itself is manageable and can be interesting for someone motivated. However, the work environment makes the experience difficult. Expectations are often excessive — employees are expected to quickly absorb an intensive one-week training.
The company culture is characterized by a lack of respect within the hierarchy and condescending communication from some supervisors and managers. Management tends to overlook inappropriate, sometimes collective, behaviors. This absence of a healthy framework creates a tense atmosphere where collaboration and trust are compromised.
I share this review in the hope that improvements will be made, particularly regarding respect, listening, and a more humane approach to management. And I know I’m not the only one who wishes for that change.

It's a good place to work at, the moment you come in it feels like family and friends if that's what you're looking for in a company. The staff is very good 

Small job but really good team in  the calling center  ever boring moment contacts with a lot of costumers from othe cities ! The pay is ok . We can survive with it if we work a lot of hours

Good experience, friendly supervisors, stress free job, I liked working there and would recommend it to everyone, great company, they care about they're employees

The salary is low for the drivers and doesn’t increase, old drivers gets paid the same as a new ones and the only benefit is a free Bixi subscription.


Fair pay. Not much of a choice choosing hours. It’s all based on seniority. Fun job. I worked during the day so lots of traffic when driving around the city.
