The type of work. Clients are great

Management favoritism is a real problem and they will work 1 with you and then use you against the others.

Environment is great when the top management's is not there

Not there anymore fired for no reason is what they put on my ei paperwork

Their wasn't much pleasure,  Manager was not good at the job

Company talked big, but wasn't aware of issues going on.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very toxic,  Manager just went through the motions,  but didn't care except for their own job.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
15 hours days with very little support

lots of interesting work, you do alot of different, jobs and have alot of exposure, but pay is low and stagnant. leadership is a cliche and your either in or your out.
