I've been working here for a while now and I can honestly say that it's one of the best companies I've ever worked for.

Our manager is very supportive and always helping with such a positive vibes. At this work place I actually want to go to work not just for money but for positivity that is in the atmosphere in the office. I’ve been working as an estimator at Black Tar Construction for a year now, and I can confidently say it’s the best job I’ve had. The company fosters a positive work environment and provides all the tools needed to succeed. I particularly enjoy the mix of commercial and residential projects, as it keeps the work interesting. The leadership team is supportive, and there’s a clear career path for growth. When I was struggling to meet a tight deadline, my manager stepped in with guidance, which helped me deliver on time and exceed client expectations. The work is challenging but fulfilling!

The team is experienced, and the equipment we use is top-notch, making it easier to deliver exceptional results. I recently led a crew on a large asphalt paving project for a school parking lot. Despite some challenges, the support from management and the collaborative team environment made it a success. The company also prioritizes employee well-being, offering flexible schedules and regular check-ins. If you’re looking for a place where hard work is appreciated, this is it.

This company works you to the bone and expects you to put them and there needs above all others yes its your job but they take it to the next level claiming when hired its a family environment, which later on you ll realize that this   means  tou put there family ahead of yours.. they like to shame you in front of others showing there god complex and promote each division against one another making it a hostile environment...i strongly recommend that know one works for this outfit.. yes pay is good and above most but that means nothing when your treated like garbage .. they can play a good tune in promoting there business and great employment but its all a hoax.. be careful when applying 

This company promotes itself as a "family oriented company". This is only true if you are in their immediate family. Otherwise be prepared for a company who promotes pitting different decisions against each other, who do completely different jobs. 

They will reprimand employees in front of their entire staff. They have rules and regulations, however, these only pertain to their employees and management can do as they please. 

They will offer monetary incentives but it's is never put in writing and is never followed through. 

Highly stressful environment and unpredictable management.
