Extremely stressful work environment with people barking orders at you and everyone is always stressed. The pay is not worth the liability, duties and stress you will be subjected to. They will never fill this position long term and they don't deserve to. They tell you to ask questions but always answer with attitude or try to make you feel dumb. Should have been a red flag when they told me people disappeared on them and the turnover here is nuts (this position had 5 people in roughly 12 months between firing and people quitting).

A typical day at PT Industrial starts with a morning coffee. Everyday there is something different to work, may be a different project. Although, my background is in Electrical, I was also trained to do some mechanical work like drilling holes, etc. The work environment is really good, my co-workers are friendly and helpful. I like to do programming, so the most interesting part of my work was developing test jig using controller.

Horrible management  family run company that micromanages everyone. Very unpleasant environment. Do not recommend at all.  Employees not allowed to think for themselves. If you're a women you're not allowed to join the men for coffee break but are expected to make the coffee and if you don't have it made on time expect to be reprimanded

Supportive management. I have overcome difficult work assignments of which I developed skills in effectively dealing with less strain.

Department head really has to learn how to work with coworkers and be a team player. Really lacks skills and management. Has to learn how to hold meetings and not just rely on others to do his work

Very professional and productive place to work.
Very good environment. Good teamwork. Opportunity to learn new technical details within projects. Good and understanding management.

Blendtech is a challenging and growth-oriented workplace. There is a lot of room to grow and management encourages out-of-the-box thinking. The workplace is casual and fun. 

Amazing place of work. Freedom is the main word here. As long as you finish your work on time, you wont be penalized. They are willing to teach when your willing to learn.


Casual work culture. Ability to learn new skills. Excellent rapport with major Oil marketing companies. Excellent opportunities for self-starters and people who take initiative.

Great place to work! Great and supportive  people to work with. Management Great. Conditions of work excellent. Workplace culture fantastic. All round excellent place to work.
