Bad experience. Sent me to jobs with  shift of three days then sent me home early first night after three hours.Then job ended for the week the next day. Called that  day and wanted to send me for a job I had already told them i did not have clothes and boots for.  As well told me i had to come in to pick up pay. Less work for them i guess. I would suspect it is the management in Hamilton office. Others would not return  calls at times. Just management.  Seems focus is primarily on getting job placements. Had to call back to get a direct deposit done rather than to go to pick up pay as they told me i had to! As to whether i get my pay i will have to wait. Not my experience with other temps here in Hamilton. Simply brushed my complaints off as there is no guarantees of work, very cavalier  with my complaints with a condescending sing song voice.

Blitz personnel are okay. The team at Blitz personnel need to be more involved in the industry. Participation directly in the industries in which they send people would help people achieve revolution 4.0 that is in dire needs of being instilled into the system. Industrial revolution 4.0 creates green energy and fair work places. The workers become smart workers. The prime minister of Canada cannot do this alone. Industries make too much waste. Is it ever considered that I, as a person are worth anything? The waste of myself is excruciating and painful. I am somebody!

I'm rating Blitz Personnel from hamilton On. They hired temporary people for various jobs in the Hamilton Niagara area such as greenhouse jobs, pasta companies, wine bottling etc. They were awesome to work for.

The most enjoyable part of my job was learning how to drive forklift.
My co-workers were good people to work with.
The magagement was always angry and bitter.
The hardest part of my job would have to be dealing with other people tasks, as I was already doing several other jobs of my own.

They gave me an opportunity to get job experience.  When I went in for my first interview they had a placement immediately for me.  I really appreciate them taking a chance on me.  They paid right on time and put me in the right employment path.

They provided a wide variety of different work locations to choose from I particularly enjoyed there green house work, great environment, managers and fellow colleagues to work with, would definitely recommend

I have never had a problem receiving work through Blitz. They have always listened to what I had to say when it came to my work and have always been easy to contact.

This is a temp agency so expectations can't be too high. It was enough to find some work for income between jobs and that's about all this is good for. A lot of the labour jobs didn't have anti-fatigue mats for standing long periods of time on concrete floors. Was hard on the knees and back.

I was lucky to get this job. I was just graduate from college and it was difficult to find a job. Did get this job but was a temporary job. After finished the first assignment, did decided to move on because I did found another job.

Was sent on good job assignments. Sent to DHL. Good work environment. Great co workers. Lead hand very nice. Helpful. Workplace culture good.  Pay isnt enough to live on your own.
