The people of Bluum are awesome. The company is undergoing growing pains but are working very hard to create a world-class culture. Each position is very busy but rewarding. Great work-life balance via hybrid work schedule. Management is working hard to grow the business but also develop and recognize its people. Good place to work if you work hard, contribute, and appreciate what you have.

The managers/supervisors have attitude problems & they take NO accountability for properly training new employees & so forth. Avoid working at bluum in-general at all costs.

Where do i start? Awful hours, unorganized management, low pay, somewhat toxic environment.
No one really knows what they're doing as this is still a brand new company and they're still learning the ropes.
I genuinely hope this company improves, some of the nicest coworkers i've had in a very long while despite one bad apple.

Always tired & stressed out after a long day of work. Barely able to make ends meet with the wages they’re providing. Management is always expecting peak perfection, yet aren’t willing to compensate for the extra workload we’re given.

If you’re desperate for a job, well, it’s a job. Can you do better? Definitely.

Awful hours, horrible work conditions. Management & HR are very unprofessional. If you ever have questions, let alone actual assistance, supervisor would roll their eyes and get annoyed, despite how minimal the training was. Stay away from this company.

Stressful workload, very under appreciated as an employee. HR is pretty bad at their job and I often find myself needing to follow up multiple times, which unfortunately becomes a chore. But whatever I guess. Job is bad, do yourself a favour and skip

Never have I ever worked with such incompetence. Management is horrible. Coworkers are toxic. Pay checks are often a day or two behind despite it being both direct deposit and on two very specific dates.
