- a typical day at work included blue skinning, wood blocking moving material and assisting the journeymen with any other tasks that needed to be completed. 

- I learned new skills and gained more experience in the field.

- hardest part of the job was the physical labour everyday

heavy work load and long hour but had great support. not a lot of time for personal accomplishments. required to work overtime for completion of work. lots of job experience and possibilities for advancement

A typical day here included documentation Control including custom form design for the purpose of posting of information required for contractors on the custom web site. It also involved management of  a varied of projects.

Very demanding but beneficial. Management was very supportive and helpful. My co workers were very very supportive and we were like blood brothers. Every part of the job was demanding but with support and back up (team work)we made success.

Great people. sad for what is happening to this company. Currently, the bonding company is taking care of some aspects of Bondfield project projects and for sure they don't have too many projects like today.

very heavy work. not for the faint of heart. had many different people to report to. pay and benefits were good, but the work was intense. very fast paced.

Working for Bondfield Construction was a life lesson in shady business practices. I am amazed they are still in business, the RE sector should be banished from the industry.
