Must be there fifteen minutes early to open the store(unpaid for this fifteen minutes)
You will train with another person but than work on your own most days.
Long shifts, can't lock the door to use the washroom or ensure theft prevention protocols are being met while working alone.
It seems like a fun and enjoyable place to work but they don't appreciate their employees or any hard work or extras put into the position.
There is a lack of communication between owners and management which makes it difficult for managers to do their actual jobs.
The store has a lack of health/cleaning regime to the point people were coming in with COVID or risked losing their jobs!

Owners and GM try to manage too many stores at once, but don’t seem to listen to employees who work the store day to day. Overall communication is very very poor. Inventory system is digital but not used to the capacity it should be. Expect to inventory stock by hand like it’s still the 1980s. 

It was very average, boss sometimes made a stink about calling in sick but what else do you get from a part time minimum wage job. Pretty slow year round, minus Christmas where it can get pretty crazy.
