I would recommend working here only if you are desperate for money and/or want to fill a gap in your resume. There is a serious lack of empathy and a ton of microaggression from most managers toward employees that makes it unpleasant to be open with them and feels dehumanizing. Most of them are two-faced and only care about reaching objectives by making you do all the work while doing the bare minimum by snatching away the clients who are big spenders to get their bonus.

Work is repetitive and quite physical as you have to stay moving on your feet at all times to "make the store look busy". Pay is mediocre for all the work they ask of you, and they constantly try to cut back hours while still asking you to be available as often as possible "to respect the hours budget". The hours are often given last minute which makes it complicated to organize yourself. 

The most enjoyable part of the job is to see your colleagues (when you're finally scheduled together) and even then, you get reprimanded for talking a minute with them by the very same managers that spend their work time chatting away.

The clients are friendly and polite. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
When it’s a quiet day and you have to make an certain amount for the week 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It depends on the staff your working with. Except when it came with the superviser, it could take time to have an answer if we had a problem that had to be confirmed by them

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Good you do your task and serve the customer and once it’s done your able to relax

We work  together to improve the sales to the company every year. My co-workers and I  have a good  work relationship as members of a team. I learned how to be proactive and supervise the girls to improve their sales. My manager and I work very well together, we can talk easily and decide together what is the best strategy for the week.

 Very nice clients, adorable coworkers, very good work atmosphere. The clothes are amazing with good discounts. Unfortunately, there is not enough gratefulness. They will hire you at the very minimum wage if possible. Very few opportunities to evolve inside the company.

Fun coworkers and great customers. But the company is cheap and pays the very minimum salary. And not much chance to get promoted
Been replacing the  manager for over six months and never got any increase . Luck of gratefulness
