extra shifts posted with last minute notice and is manditory
management doesen't even acknowledge employees only the favorites and suckholeing
good reliable employees become targets if you stand up for your rights or other people 
when there are problems no one does anything you just struggle through
If they don't like you they find away to fire you
Use to get a raise every year now its only the special people
working enviorment is toxic and employees are unhappy only way to advance is to be a yes person they like them would not recommend working here to anyone not even my enemy

Not a very safe and healthy place to work
Overworked and neglected with no guidance or management direction
They will work you to the bone and take advantage of every single thing you do and then when you have had enough they hire somebody else because they don’t know how to keep somebody in those positions

They like to hire very under skilled people for management and put the skilled people on the floor as labourers. Barn manager is one of the most laziest managers I've ever seen. 

Great place to work. Lots of nice people lots of training to do your job. Skilled workers who help each other. Management is available and has an open door policy.

It was a job in fort macloed AB. in a horse plant that processed horse meat for other countrys. I had a hard time with that but i needed to work and there wasn't much options.

Management don’t care about their employees they have a poor safety culture there high WCB claims lots of incidents. Overall not a good place to work. My rate of pay for the position was very low. 

I enjoyed Bouvry very much, great environment to work in with really great people. The management was good and it was easy to move up positions and i learned s lot from it.

Through working at Bouvry Exports,  I have had valuable hands on training.  The management have always been helpful and the rest of the staff has been a joy to work with

I learned to gain a great work ethic and enjoyed the hours and wage. I was considered one of the top guys on the kill floor. I enjoyed working along side C.I.F.A, and the compliments for my work.

Best place to work in Albert with great management's multiply cultural people respectable and nice factory I moved for family reason but I was willing to end up in bouvrty export
