Been here just shy of a year and I don’t have anything bad to say! Equipment is well maintained and if something breaks while on the road it’s only a phone call away from getting fixed.

They do expect you to work your hours and get the job done. That’s what efficient and professional drivers do.

I have worked both on their western and eastern fleets and I never sat and waited for loads or paperwork. My odometer and log book speaks for itself. 

For every aspect of the industry Bowline is a 5 star company in my books. Arguably the best dispatch in the industry along with all other office personnel ie: customs, permits, safety, sales, maintenance coordination, and anything else in between.

Tyler is by far one of the most honest and helpful employers I have had in my life. He’s the type that would give the shirt of his back just to ensure you don’t go without.
The same goes for the drivers that are here.

Once you are here, and witness the atmosphere first hand you will understand and 100% agree with my statement.


What is the best part of working at the company?
The money was good in the beginning but the harder you work the lower the rates go

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Upper management no experience in the industry as long as you pay for everything on the road and keep the truck shiny no problem. Oh did i mention when use your credit card they pay you back what they feel is a fair exchange rate

Dispatch is awesome  owner and saftey  and maintance manager full of emty promises

I very much felt part of a team. People cared about what I needed. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I didn’t find it stressful at all. Sometimes driving situations were stressful, but that’s part of the job. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
I found people professional, knowledgeable and willing to find answers to things they didn’t know. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Load what I was asked to, drive to the delivery location, offload.

What is the best part of working at the company?
It’s a busy company with a great team. Great equipment!

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
It’s not for the lazy - we make the most out of the day and the deck space

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The owner still drives, everyone’s door is open. For the most part everyone just wants to do good work and go home safe

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I look after my truck and the client I am hauling for while getting my head around the next few days so it’s organized

Push push push never grateful enough. They will fire you at the drop of a hat. It's not the team environment they claim to have and want. They preach culture but don't belive it themselves. You will not be home much as a driver they want every last ounce of time off to be on the road. You get dispatched from alberta which is 2 hrs behind so don't thi k you'll get ppwk very quickly. Management is brutal and is lies. They only tell you what you want to hear.  Run for the hills

A day at Bowline consist of Tyler being a micro manager. He always wants more no matter what the job was. Unless your one of the original drivers  your a nobody. BOWLINE  wants you seen not heard.  They portray  themselves as the best in the industry but in reality they are just as bad as any other company. Basically smokes screens  all over they are not what they tell everyone they are.  Very ignorant and full of themselves.




If you think you can earn easy money, you won't fit. 
We all work hard and we all are making good money. 
The appreciation is high, the trucks and trailers are very well maintained and the respect between drivers and the office is outstanding. 
I work here since over 3 years now and that's the best job I've ever had. 

I have been here for over two years and feel very satisfied with the way I am treated and the work that is found for me. Not a lot of waiting around on the road and Home time whenever it’s requested.
Very well compensated for the work done. Always an open door policy and I can freely communicate my successes, failures and issues with management.

Been a company driver with my wife here 16 months .we are treated really well .make good money on percentage. They don't haul cheap freight. Always moving rarely sitting waiting on loads.when u want home u get home.dispatch etc is friendly helpful. No screaming to get there.great equipment .if u breakdown they get u rolling quickly.overall a worthy company to work for.

Always looked forward to going to work, the people there are absolutely positive and enjoyable to work with. The atmosphere at Bowline feels like everyone has everyone's back no matter the situation.
