Management lies during interviews. Offer one shift randomly change shifts without proper discussion or consideration of employees needs. Pay is unequal. Day shift makes 21.00 afternoons 24.00/hr for essentially the same work. No training is provided beyond   very basic level. And management will come at you 8 months down the road and say something you weren't trained on is being done wrong.
There is a culture of favoritism among management they get all the good new swag employees get hand me down vests and left over sweaters.
They will reclassify your roll just to pay you less money
 Management doesn't care about anything but selling the business but won't take care of their employees.
Management gives themselves all the company swag and employees get hand me downs. 

Do not be duped do not waste your time. 

Over all positive relationship with Management with room for advancement. They will invest in extra training and schooling for the right candidates. 

Management is positive about change and taking on new challenges, and sets high expectations of quality of work and customer service.

Management struggles with explicit positive feedback through all levels of employment, often implied with more responsibility than shared in writing or a one-on-one conversation. Does not seem to have a clear process about how Warehouse or CSR teams may offer feedback on Management in an anonymous or confidential way.

Work/Life balance is in constant flux - some months are better than others when it comes to overtime. 

Bring a can-do, integrity first, quality service attitude and excellent work ethic and you will succeed at Bradner Cold.

On the interview they will be polite and friendly and on floor scene is extreme opposite they force you to do other jobs which are not in your contract and if you don’t do it they will fire you by saying breaking company’s polices

No support and alot of bullying by management. No guidance if you are doing something wrong, unless you are one of the favourites. Poor people culture, management only cares about themselves. Get called stupid behind your back by manager if you do something wrong. 

They are very open to coming in late for an appointment, but they are always under staffed and force overtime. They pay everyone differently and it upsets the staff. Owner has no idea whats going on in the Langley building. It wasnt the worst job. Needs new management and it would be a great company to work for

They lie about what the job entails. They also lie about wages during the interview.  

Your day will consist of order picking and lumping heavy cases by the thousand. Totally not worth 21 an hour.

Management is two faced and lacks transparency.  Don't trust them as far as you can throw them.

A warehouse run by millenials that use sensitivity(and emotions) to statements as a means to inappropriately discipline staff.  Poor management and distribution of work evenly among staff.  Not a good place to work.

Good company to work for but you will never achieve finacialiy what you are worth the wages are very low benefits are great and work life balance is great.  Management just seem to penny pinch to much and are not will to pay the days of 11 per hour are gone but not for them

The lady boss is real cold and unfriendly.   They terminate you just before your  probation ends.   I would recommend staying away from this company,  They seem  all friendly in the interview but that quickly changes.   

Excellent experience and a great place to work. Opportunity for advancements and further training within the company.
