I've not worked at Brainfinance for a long time, but i feel very comfortable and confident in my position at the company. I work in the administration department, and i appreciate that while the management is great at clearly communicating what they want from a task, i am given my own flexibility as well and trusted to complete the task efficiently. this has helped me to learn how to work in an office environment and learn all the associated skills at my own pace.

my colleagues are all really kind and are always willing to help out when asked. i like that everyone here feels like they are all friends, so there's no tense atmosphere. because of the proximity to many restaurants and cafes you're free to go out for lunch and take a short walk for your break. the office also has a comfortable section with chairs and couches for taking a break or chatting with your team members. 

there aren't really any drawbacks that are particular to this company; sometimes you have to wait for approval from higher up in order to complete a task but that is the same everywhere and it's part of working as a team. the building is in a neighbourhood where there's a lot of construction so sometimes the water is shut off for a few hours, but that happens very rarely. other than that it's very bright, clean, and conveniently located close to many bus routes and a short walk to the metro.

Management feels like family here (They help me answer any questions and concerns, Make me feel like part of the team in helping with side projects and exchanging ideas and providing suggestions, very committed to helping everyone grow and do their best, did I forget? They will also work on weekends to help customer service!! How sweet is that!), Employees are awesome to work with (One word -> TEAMWORK  !! When Customer service needs help, all departments will come to the rescue),  They Celebrate every employee's Birthday (yummy cakes and cute costumes ).  Also, work/life flexibility and always thinking about your well being.

Located in heart of Griffintown  (For commuters, 12 minutes walking to metro lucien l'allier, bus/train is almost same distance as metro, Summer access to Bixi bikes just 1 block away from work), Fast Foods, Restaurants and Bars for after work hangout and a Metro supermarket  for all your grocery needs are just a walking distance away, including a  vegan restaurant for us meatless  eaters) , Free Pizza on Fridays of every month

Ah, let me tell you all about our CEO. They're truly a visionary, just like Suge Knight (minus the whole infamous reputation, of course). The best part about working under their leadership? The thrilling high turnover rate! Forget about building long-lasting relationships or finding stability in your team; here, we embrace the constant stream of new faces like it's an Olympic sport.

Every day is a surprise, thanks to our CEO's unpredictable nature. Will they introduce a groundbreaking idea or turn our world upside down? Who knows! It's like playing a never-ending game of "What's Next?" without any rulebook to guide us.

And let's not forget the joy of welcoming new coworkers on a regular basis. It's like speed dating, but with work-related small talk. Remembering names and adjusting our conversation topics has become an art form.

7. important things to say! during the covid 19 difficult situations, the company decides to let all employees work from home at a very early time(starting from only 10 cases in Montreal)! I feel so warm on it. I don't need to be too worried about the hard situation

As someone currently employed at BrainFinance, I'm delighted with the atmosphere and the wonderful people here. We enjoy a wide selection of delicious snacks, and the option to work remotely for the majority of the week adds to the convenience. 

The company is highly proficient in its operations, boasting a skilled team that collaborates effectively. Our dedication to achieving our goals is commendable, and the opportunity to work around the clock is both impressive and motivating.

Furthermore, our Wednesdays are particularly enjoyable, with scheduled activities and hearty meals provided for both lunch and dinner. 
Typically, we engage in games like billiards and ping pong with our colleagues during  5-7 hours.
Overall, I highly recommend BrainFinance as an outstanding workplace known for its exceptional professionalism.

Great place to work! The management is really accommodating and allowing employees to grow giving them different opportunities. There is no discrimination against employees. There is a good amount of stress level that makes work more satisfying. 
The managers and CEO's are very much like a family to all of us. I have been with the company for almost 3 years now and I can just say that everyone is amazing in terms of work. Having professional people around makes me better myself until I reach the goal of success.

A fun relaxed working environment where everyone is always supportive and helpful from the start date I was hired.  Working remotely is fun, and appreciate that we are trusted to work from a distance.  Our team meets on a monthly basis, very interactive sessions and our Manager supports us through all aspects of the job.  Our coaching sessions are also appreciated and we are recognised on a job well done on a consistent basis.  I would highly recommend working for this company where there are a lot of great opportunities and am very grateful to be working with such amazing people and working from home is a huge advantage  

I'm not one to post those messages, but if i can help you stay away from a toxic company, I will!
Management is terrible, they don't know what they are doing and you can tell on your first day.
Culture is toxic, they call it a family because you will work 60 hours a week and they make you go to the office just for show. + They will advertise the job as remote but it's a lie!
They keep the toxic employees and fire the good ones.
It's like an army, if you don't do what they want at any time, you're fired.
They will give you enough work to do for a day (that would take 3 people) that you cannot complete and then fire you because you didn't do it in time. I've seen it happen to a few colleagues.
They even have a tracking system on everyone's computers to see what you do and how much you work. Micromanaging much? Stalkers.
