WORST place to work. PLEASE avoid!!! You are expected to work over time and be prepared that your boss calls you in the nights and weekends to ask you on the progress. The amount of work is insanely high and you get a very poor salary and far below the industry average. They don’t care about you, and what your goals/growth, they just want work to be done so they can get money from the customers. They have a toxic culture of constantly lying to their customers (They also teach you how to lie to customers and it is ridiculous), over promising on what can be delivered and unrealistic timeline. They make their customer happy at the expense of getting you to work over time. Don’t ever expect they will pay you more, because they won’t. They will keep the money in their pocket and give you zero. If you don’t manage to finish the work, they will blame you and make you feel it is your responsibility and your fault, not theirs of over-promising. Your workload is somewhat the workload of 2-3 people in another company, because they don’t want to hire more to save money. If you decide to leave or they think you can’t work overtime, they’ll just grab another labor quickly. You are treated as a product or working machine, not a human, to make money for them. Avoid this company at all expense.

Management is transparent and values the contributions of every team member, providing opportunities for growth and development.The tools and resources available to me are top-notch and have allowed me to excel in my role. Overall, BrandLume is a fantastic place to work, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fulfilling career in digital marketing.

It is a fantastic place to work. But, as with any company that experiences rapid growth, there will be challenges, such as culture shift, obfuscation of vision at various levels of management, and inconsistency in planning. However, during the 'teenage' years, we're getting over some of those growing pains and coming into our own, re-establishing our culture, clarifying our goals, and delivering clear plans for success.

I love working for BrandLume I am getting more familiar everyday with the systems in place to assist customers. I enjoy being able to help customer's and resolve their issues. I learn more ways every day for certain situations to help assist customer's that I was unfamiliar with coming out of training. I know that I will excel with this company as I gain more knowledge

I have been working in the Customer Care department at BrandLume for over two years, and I can confidently say that it has been a fantastic experience. The company is driven by a commitment to providing exceptional service to its clients, and this has translated into a positive and empowering work environment for its employees.

I don't recommend this agency to anyone! Low pay with totally disrespectful leadership. The culture of this place is stressful and toxic as they lie to customers and you would be overloaded with work. Be expected to work overtime. You will be micromanaged.
