Bre-Ex Construction is a solid company and a good place to work overall. The work environment is fast-paced but supportive, with a team of people who are genuinely helpful and easy to get along with. Management provides clear direction and is approachable when questions come up. The company offers good exposure to different types of construction projects, so employees can develop strong technical and practical skills. Field and office staff generally communicate well, which makes day-to-day coordination smoother and helps build a sense of teamwork. There’s a positive attitude on most sites, and safety is treated seriously. Bre-Ex also gives motivated employees a chance to take on responsibility and prove themselves, which is valuable for career growth. While construction can be demanding at times, the people make a real difference—friendly, professional, and willing to help one another. Overall, it’s a reliable and enjoyable company to work for.

I accepted a position at Bre-Ex three years ago and have never been so happy in my career.  The team at Bre-Ex has been outstanding to work with.

To this day, I am still shocked at how strong the family values are instilled in each crew. I have felt, respected and appreciated each and everyday.   Bre-Ex shows so much thankfulness for its men. I can't imagine working anywhere else. 

I moved from northern Ontario to work with another local Heavy Civil Contractor in London and my experience was terrible.   I have and would to all applicants, highly recommend Bre-Ex Construction Inc.

Pretty simple you get your details when you do your job


Job instability, low salary, they don't give raises, they don't train workers, they take you out when they want, 
A very cheap company that treats its employees badly, there is no way to grow or have a good salary here.

They get you in the door by blowing smoke up your behind, and then disappear, they have a very high turn over rate for a reason, want the world from you, but don't want to pay for it, guys on site are great, other drivers are great, trucks are all worn, and they only do bandaid fixes on them to keep them rolling.

Again, run far far far away 

I have been working at Bre-Ex for 8 months now. 

I have nothing but great things to say about working at Bre-Ex. 

Great co-workers, great environment and well established in the London and area construction scene.

There was an extreme lack of internal communication, which made my job very hard to complete day-to-day. The management is clearly lacking direction from the company owner’s.
