Bridal Falls Waterpark

New management at Bridal Falls this past year.  The management was unorganized, could be rude and hot-tempered.  The schedule was not available very far in advance and we were not given enough shifts.  The water had rats and the hottub was regularly at the wrong chemical reading.  Patrons complained and it reflected poorly on the company.

I enjoyed meeting new people and making new friends.  Great for work experience and is a good first job. Management has went severely downhill and multiple times I've seen unsafe work conditions do to it. If you can avoid the manager it's great.

Bridal Falls waterpark is a good place to work for a part time job or summer gig. My coworkers were friendly and the job is fairly easy, if somewhat physical. Cold days with rain and wind were NOT fun though.

I started at this job in 2018, which was unfortunately the last good year for staff. Since then the managers have been dark sorts of people, and staff is hired too young and with little to no qualifications for the tasks they are given.

Taught me many life lessons with customers and staff. Learned many different skills in the office. The management was not great and very disorganized but that taught me how to organize the officers

Management treats you like slave, because it is a family owning the business they think they own you.
Do not work tbere for your own sake.
Poor salary, no work schedule, overwork loads

A good summer job, easy and fun, the people are usually great except for this summer nobody was interviewed and most of them preformed poorly. Besides this it is a fairly good job.

Although I had low wages, short hours, I did enjoy working out in the open and helping people with their questions.

Management isn’t the greatest however the people you work with become life-long friends.Its fun overall if you enjoy working with people and enjoy working outside all day.

It’s a fun place to work for a first job. Staff are amazing and fun to be around. You make excellent tips and the food is really good, Customer service is really good
