Excellent organization to work for with ample opportunity to be self motivated and advance your career should you choose to. Very friendly, team focused environment, all departments collaborated with each other from doctors, nursing staff, administrative, janitorial and food service employees.
Overall an excellent environment to work in, beautiful state of the art building, very open, fresh and light with lots of windows. I was extremely happy for the ten years that I worked there.

A typical day I greet and direct visitors and answer the phone. Very fun environment to work as a part-time employee.  Get to meet and greet a lot of patients and visitors. Unionized environment so hours are allocated fairly.

Overall, it is a good place to work at. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. One downside - people with seniority are always off on long weekends, and they always have a priority when vacations are scheduled. Be prepared to never have time off during christmas and new year.

My co workers are what makes the place enjoyable. Opinions regarding management varies as i have been to many units in this hospital. Pay is unsatisfactory and does not equate to what other hospitals are paying employees. Many tasks are designated to nursing staff and increases their workload.

I only quit because I was moving out of the city. I would otherwise still be working there. It is unionized so once you have some seniority you are able to learn new areas by switching units. It is overall a great place to work!

I started working in the year of 2002. Everyday was enjoyable working here since day one..Great co workers and the patients always made my day..The hardest part of the job was to leave it after all those years.

Excellent work culture and friendly staff. Most attractive state-of-the-art hospital building in Toronto as of date. Interior building structure is appealing to the eye. Art structures wonderfully made. Wonderful workplace in every aspect.

he hospital provides all expectations and provides additional continuing education. The hospital staff of RN's operates under the ONA guidelines . The hospital is patient-center oriented and provides comprehensive patient care.

The nursing staffs and other workers are very friendly. The hospital is very clean and very accessible. The patients are also very friendly.
