no work life balance, very hectic and at times cruel to employees. Asked not to focus on things you have no control over, but then held accountable for them. I worked there 14 years and in the past 3 since the re organization have only take 1 week of vacation. unrealistic expectations from upper management that have never worked in the field.. Very customer centric...too customer centric..they have created such a problem and customers know that if they complain about anything they get what they want. Go elsewhere this company is going down fast!!

The challenge never stops. Patience and time management are your strongest allies.
I've learned an incredible amount regarding safety in the workplace as well as the perculiars of managing in a partnership style unionized workplace. 

Management at Bridgestone have a fantastic amount of bureaucracy to deal with in any given situation. Nothing is ever as easy as simply executing a given task.

The hardest part of the job is the sheer amount of work. 

The most enjoyable part of the job is hitting the production numbers above the daily targets.

Some co-workers are hard working and self motivated. Younger employees need a little more direction and so called baby sitting. 
Hardest part of job is baby sitting. The most enjoyable part of the job is people and problem solving.

overall its a wonderful place where you are given all the tools to grow, good training and growth is a must, team work is great and decision making all team members are involved for the growth of the organization.
its a busy work schedule so you have to be always ready for a full day of activity always  

Review the process in the morning & do your daily rounds of equipment & daily water test. Learned their process and more on the maintenance of their equipment. No problems with management good to deal with. Co-workers were good to work with as well. The lack of Safety culture was the hardest part of the job. The most enjoyable was learning knew things.

Great place to expand automotive knowledge.  Typical day is very demanding, however rewarding at the same time.  Just looking for a change of venue, one where i can truly be passionate about my work and feel the company behind me is on the same page.

I enjoyed working at Bridgestone, therefore the day went by fast.
Over the years the company gave me lots of opportunity to learn variety of jobs and additional responsibilities. Great team of co-workers. Mainly I enjoyed all treasury functions, Fleet Management and Corporate Services. I can't think of any hardest part of the job.

Upper management always says there is a ton of room for growth but I don't really see it. Working in a tire retail store as a college graduate is not where you want to be. Try and find a better job.

Staff friendly and a nice place to build a career,management gives employees the chance to grow and offer trainings to educate the staffs. Compensation is very good.
