I have been working at Bridor since the 11.12.2019 and actually holding the post of " Aide Boulanger". I have been working mainly for the night shifts. The workplace is not that comfortable as it concerns the bread and pastries manufacturing sector. The temperature is not that comfortable and the company did not provide facilities like pull overs, coats or special gloves to combat that factor. it had a good Management and had an open door policy. The hardest part of the job was to do repetitive task without being provided a fair distribution of work but the most enjoyable part of the job is that the company provided free bread and pastries to the staffs on a regular basis, thus reducing some expenses.

Lack of professionalism and experience in higher positions that affects other people’s job by giving them difficulties and overloaded work. Wrong decisions that put others in trouble. I do not recommend such work environment. Not complete training. Being asked to do physical job not related to the job description. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Established bakery company for over 40 years, good working conditions and employees.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not really stressful but meeting high product quality and deadlines.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Equality, respect, fun activities.

Bridor is one of the best companies I have worked.  They have good technology, it's a very friendly team, it's well organized, they are really growing and offer great opportunities. The salary and benefits could be a little better, but overall, working in that environment and around that culture is, in my opinion, more important.

It was wonderful work for this company, for hard worker many possibility of advancement. New and and great condition to work with time off, salary or increased, possibility to work remotely for salary employees and good management

Bridor is a bread and pastry manufacturer. They make many great items and are welcomed in the market. Most employees are a pleasure to work with. Growth is strong.

The staff was great and we had a standard working experience.Employers were very friendly,the surroundings were clean.We got free food.The uniform was very neat
