What is the best part of working at the company?
Pay is good.
Friendly, courteous staff.  The bosses there are very easy to communicate with.  If ever I  have any issues I can easily approach my supervisor and be able to solve these issues.  
Good communication is key to a great team. 




What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
None. Stress is an illusion. I never feel that stress will solve most situations. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Fast paced.   I must be ready to switch between tasks at times when asked.   



What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I clean the camp thoroughly and keep supplies stocked as needed. I help in the kitchen with preparation of lunches/suppers. I assist the cook with meals for staff. On occasion I will be asked to drive the company vehicle for grocery pick up and errands such as company mail or deliveries.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Best part was their diversity in this skilled worker to operate different pieces of equipment and show them my skills , could have better supervisor’s . Most of supervisors friends got the better jobs or equipment.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Supervisor directions /instructions were poor.  Miscommunication . 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Friendly and fun atmosphere , camp accommodations were good 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Work 12 hour shifts, comeback to camp eat, great food and service , either workout or golf even have a lounge with zero alcohol beer . wake up and do it all over again .

What is the best part of working at the company?
The people are awesome.
My boss is very well organized.
This makes for a great team environment.  

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I do not stress at my workplace. 
Time management is something everyone should learn.  Being versatile and available to switch duties as required could be stressful.  At Broda, we communicate clearly as to reduce this so called stress.

Relax...chill. Respectful 
Every employee is treated with fairness and understanding. Issues are addressed daily at toolbox meetings.

Basically things go well, the work schedule that we're on now is a little stressful but it is manageable

The working  environment & culture are great, nice to go into work everyday 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Get up at 4am , board bus at 5:20am, morning safety mtg @ 6am then it's out in the field until 6pm then we take a bus back to camp at 6:30pm

Being away from fiance for extended periods

I personally enjoy the work environment and the culture with Broda Group

Long days early mornings. 
Beautiful scenery and the ability to see a vast array of wildlife

Overall not a bad company. Lots of good operators that are willing to help you. The couple supervisors i had on the job i was on where always calm friendly and explained things well. Only bad things i could say. Is the live out and pay could be higher. And it would be nice if things got fixed when you document it. But other than that really good company. 

This Company would by far be one of the most un organized and crooked companies out there, they don't look out for their own they would throw you under a bus to save them selves. I wouldn't recommend anyone to work here, unless your a two faced gossip then this is the job for you and you don't mind being screwed over and laid off for the "shortage of work"

if your local your better not to work here, you don't make much just on hours alone when it comes to the regina by pass. They also like to take random days off the leaves you out of hours. Where if you arnt locale youll still get L.O.A  unlike the locals with nothing.

Working at Broda was similar to having a large family. Every day of work I learnt something new. Co-workers worked with you not against you. For as big of a company as they have become, the Foremans and Superintendents cared about their employees and their well being
