No feedback from Management on performance or areas need to improve. I left a full time job I was doing well at to work at Bruce Mazda. I never made it thru the probation period. Everything was going well - received 4.5 out of 5 on performance review and was told everyone loved me, went to 3 day training in Middleton, no issues. Never missed a day of work or late. They were in the process of putting me on the benefits plan.  Worked 6 days after training then let go, No feedback or reason why.
_ they advertise about all this training ete... but never received input.
Managers need to have experience doing the job they are managing.
ex - if you are a Sales Manager, should have experience selling cars or the GM should have experience selling cars to train the new people and give guidence

bad work environment, constant gossip about service, sales and parts people from technicians. Super toxic work environment. would recommend that no apprentice to ever work here. you will get gossiped about and backstabbed from other technicians. I get told to do stuff from my boss, I do it, the foreman finds out. Now im in trouble for something that I was told to do. other technicians would use my tools without asking me first. the way the hoists are setup in the shop are so awkward, you'll struggle most of the time centering your vehicle between the posts. and once all four hoists have cars on em, it can be challenging to back the vehicle out without hitting anything. the shop is just way too small and the positioning of the hoists are horrendous.

I have had a great experience working at Bruce Auto Group. The company culture is supportive, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration. The management team is approachable and genuinely cares about your growth and development. The work-life balance is excellent, allowing for flexibility when needed. The position I was doing itself offers a mix of administrative tasks, critical thinking and problem-solving, making each day both challenging and rewarding.

The training and support provided were top-notch, and there are always opportunities to learn more about the automotive leasing process. I appreciated the emphasis on employee well-being and the various perks, such as employee benefits, that come with the position.

I have worked for the Bruce Auto Group for over 8 years. 
I started out in their call centre, booking people for appointments and from there changed positions and dealerships multiple times over the last 8 years. 
In each position I have been in, I have gained knowledge and experience. 
I am currently working as a Finance Manager and truly enjoy going to work. I love my team, the atmosphere and I am very fairly compensated. 
I have flexible hours, and paid vacation. 
You get what you give. I am confident in saying if you work hard and have a good attitude you will be successful in most positions with the BAG. I would recommend this company to anyone of my friends and family

They do not value real workers. One person was let go after 4 years of dedication. Another was let go after a divorce(fired maybe 3 days later) and another with health complications, left with nothing. Everyone who works there is a fake and hates you as you learn how to do the job. Inappropriate comments are made daily and if you are part of the LGBTQ community, do not expect to be treated fairly. They DO NOT respect pronouns or gender identity. They make you work 9-10 hours a day with a skim salary.  And the best part? They make you believe that your best is far under average. Only perks I can really think of is a discount for services.

It's hard work, but if it was easy, it wouldn't be worth doing.

Bruce Auto Group has supported me and helped me succeed in my current role and provided many opportunities for advancement over the last 5 years of my employment. I have the opportunity to work with all the different dealerships and have made many great connections as well as increased my knowledge on all the different brands. The workplace culture is amazing with pot lucks, secret Santa, ice cream parties, skating, movies ...the list goes on and on. 

I started in the detail department with little experience and was well trained by the staff and they were very supportive the entire time I was in the detail department , I have now been promoted to being there shuttle driver and couldn't ask for a better position , I love meeting new friendly faces and the management team are always so positive and uplifting , it's one of the best jobs I've ever had and I'm beyond grateful to have the opportunity to be a part of the team !!!!!!! Go HONDA !!!!!!!!!!

love the job, love my direct manager. you have to beg for raises and still dont get one often times. they do not reward time/ experience spent with the company. management is reactive and not proactive and do not accept advice on how to avoid turnover in the future. same thing over and over.
