Brytor International Moving

Brytor is a good place for temporary work and is not something you would want to be doing for a long time. The company itself is very professional and one of the best moving companies out there. However the business is extremely hard and not something you should want to do for your whole life. Its decent money if you are a summer student and sure gets you strong. A typical day includes packing furniture and household items and loading them into a truck/container. Or delivery a truck full of up to 500 boxes of stuff to a house all in one day.

I have been surprised with the level of freedom provided to the workers to work independently and express yourself. They have an open door approach where the management is willing to listen to your feedback and suggestions and implement them rather then just show off that they are listening ( which has been the case with my previous employers, it was all talks and no actions).
Very relaxed atmosphere and flexibility of being able to work from home as well.

Offload 2 or 3 containers , ship them out of or pack up for a next day shipment.

This company allows you to fulfill your goals and cares about your needs. They will assure that you will have a good time working with them. If you are looking for good teamwork experience and good people to work with you should go to Brytor.

The manager has an open door policy which makes it easy to express one's individuality.  Because of this, I have learned to start taking care of receivables/payables and enjoy it immensely.  The manager is quite generous with his time and buys us coffee, lunches from time to time.

Unprofessional management.  Also own IMS Moving, Europack, Trans Canadian Van Lines, Intraglobe; do your homework before working for any of these companies.

some days the shifts are what they are suppose to be and other days they can go to 16 hrs. managment is good. some of the guys are friendly and some not so much. be expected to be able to lift 150lbs plus.

Very physically demanding work that was fairly compensated. Work load was sometimes overbearing, but management was reasonable and special requests fairly considered

Working at brytor was fun, you learn alot about logistics and many other things that goes in logistics. You learn about various industries that work with the relocation industry 

Poor management , toxic work environment. Yelling boss, must avoid if possible. Lots of work pressure, stressful surroundings. Paid the bare minimum, no raises
