Complaints about product, quality, delivery, installation, and billing issues are a huge problem here. Customers are not receiving any professionalism when it comes to cost versus product quality and customer service due to the management team. This team sit in their comfy office doing nothing all day and ignore customer complaints and issues while the owner of the franchise demands sales. This in return is blamed in every fashion on the rest of the staff. Stay away not worth your career to work for these folks.

Extremely small team of workers and staff turnover is very high. Training is not well structured and people can be thrown to the wolves when they aren't competent leading to many problems. When you have concerns the management pretends to listen but its their way or the highway. Not a good environment for anyone who wants to feel valued or appreciated. 

Excellent work environment. Wages and benefits were excellent. Overall good environment until franchise was taken over by some else. Most staff left shortly after. 
 Some days it was a bit of a challenge to work from the office and  attend to the warehouse which was several blocks away.
Good training which was done in California.

Working mostly like with people in their home for consultation.

In this industry which is very competitive, I found my niche market.  Mostly specialized in draperies that I love very much

The satisfaction when my client see the finishing touch, with their window treatments done, their house become home

I used to absolutely adore working here. During and after Covid - boss has done a complete personality change and I don’t recognize who he has become. 
I didn’t get a raise for 2.5 years and when I asked for one I had to fight for every penny.  
The hours are great, the customers are mostly great. The colleagues I could do without. I can not trust them as far as I could throw them.

I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Selfish management

40+ hours of consultations 
10-20+ hours of unpaid follow up, and quoting

If you are willing to sacrifice 60+ a week, you may make a live able wage.
Company will throw you under the bus given the opportunity.

Amazing company to work for, bare none 👌 right down from management to the installers and all the sales people. The owners who started the company in 2009 made sure to establish a work ethic/work fun balance that has carried through with the new owners.

Workplace culture is toxic due to the toxic nature of the new owners. Created an unpleasant working environment for staff. Staff were caused to back stab each other. No opportunity to learn new things or grow within the company. 


This is great job for anyone that wants to be their own boss and needs a lot of flexibility to control their own schedule and is handy with hand tools to be able to install blinds and shades and who enjoys meeting new people every day.

Very good first job with decent pay, the only reason i quit was because the lack of advancement that could be gained and the unstructured schedule. i wanted something that felt more like a real job.
