Working and meeting with clients and prospective clients,Checking data bases, confirming bugs in games reported by testers.Management was demanding. My co-workers were dedicated and were rewarded for excellent work.Dealing with the stress of being on call 24 hours a day was the most difficult part of the job. Accomplishing the daily tasks at hand and finishing on time and on buget was the best part of the job.

A typical day of work was very casual. Everyone was friendly to each other, and we'd create small competitions to keep morale. The most enjoyable part of the job was really just the atmosphere and the team camaraderie. The hardest part is difficult to quantify as it was a very easy job most times.

I worked for 1 year and a half at this company. I enjoyed every single day at the office and met amazing people from other countries. From the project manager to the testers from other languages, everybody was very nice and attentive. I learned a lot about localization, videogames, compliance, consoles...
Very professional and qualified staff.

Great job but a little unstable, work is call based and depends on the availability of projects. Management of the company cannot guarantee the workflow, so human resources turnover is extreme - but such is specifics of localization testing.

The colleagues can be splendid people, but the environment isn't rewarding. No possibility of growth. The hiring process (at least back in my time) was full of lies with no intention of delivering on any promises (such as a salary increase). 

That was an interesting job. I would love to work in language localizatio again. A lot of activity, a lot of people, computers, new video games, that was really quite a nice time...

these people do not see you as an employee just a number.

once they don't want you they wont even advise you they will only tell you they will call soon and give you the run arround

I enjoyed my time at Bug-Tracker and got the chance to learn a lot, but the possibility to advance from there into the video game industry was low and the salary was basically minimum wage.

Didn't stay long in this company but I was shown and given an open opportunity to grow. The boss is fairly nice but the office was to small
