Learned high-tech technologies for vehicle controls.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Testing developed software on large machines in the test field. It takes week long or more for each core functionality, at the same time interesting too because it gives big knowledge and skill at the end.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Multi disciplinary team from different back ground and culture

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I start my work checking emails from internal team members and suppliers. then check previous test result and projects mile stone we have appeared. design next plan for next step when required. Sometimes design test plan with team members and execute.
Doing research on new technologies that would be appropriate for projects.
Design software modules for next day to be prototype developed.
At the end of the day I completed documenting test result when required.

I previously worked with Buhler Industries at the Clarence location and I was never happy to work there. The salary they gave me was good but it felt like I was being watched. There are few good people but, in the Department I worked is not the greatest. One team member was not so friendly.  She was trying to find a way to get me into trouble. Not very helpful. She just delegates the work while she socialize.
I worked hard and I understand what I was doing.  I just didn’t feel that I belong there. I could do better. It was the right decision that I left.
I don’t think I can recommend this Company to anyone. 

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments in North America, also monitor shipments coming from overseas. I (Export) finished product to international costumers In Europe, Russia and South America. Acted as a liaison between Production, Sales, Marketing, Quality, Service Parts, Purchasing and vendors to build better loads, along with tracking and expediting shipments as required.
Analyzed and provided solutions regarding transportation problems/issues.
Reviewed and approved freight invoices.
Responsible to process and file all the claims received for damaged goods.
And other duties as assigned.

I regret my decision to work for this company. The management and corporate culture are subpar. Compensation is notably inadequate, and there's a lack of regard for employees. Opportunities for learning and professional growth are really limited. Overall, it's not good to long-term employment.

If you showed initiative you could rise up the chain. Lots a good people l, great place to work until they closed.

Conflicting management was an issue with being productive.

It was ok , there could at times be a divide between the floor and management

Busy. But we o ly.worked till 330

I have had a positive experience working at Buhler Versatile. The company provides good opportunities to work on real engineering challenges and contribute to the development of agricultural equipment used around the world. The engineering team is knowledgeable and there is a good amount of collaboration between different departments. Employees get exposure to complete product development cycles, from concept design and troubleshooting to validation and production support.

I am very lucky and fortunate to work at Buhler.  Since I did my business administration degree in University of Winnipeg and attended many classes at the Buhler building.   I work with the most amazing people and the Vice president is so down to earth.  

Just wished that the company would give more to the community such as paid Volunteer day a year.  

Management is terrible! The lead hand is not qualified for his job. The one in morden is terrible, ask around town know one has anything good to say about the company. And the quality of welders is from red seal to first timer and I hate to say the red seal are worse than the first timers and the red seal welders are the ones in charge! It’s a gong show and yes I mean the tv show

Being pushed over the limits

Very positive atmosphere and great people to with.

Always busy and not much time to stand around.

Technogically it's good company. Management is not supportive and encouraging to employees, health benefits are not good, no time flexibility you feel working in 1970's industrial environment.
