i would get to work and my coworker would be cleaning and prep work and i would help her for about an hour then the rush would start till about 630 then it would slow down, we would then clean up from the rush and go have a smoke then at 7 we would start cleaning then close down at 9.
the proper cleaning procegures, how to prep everything and cook everything, proper customer service 
patience, leadership, teamwork,  the couple i worked for are the most hard working, patient, put the extra effort into everything, kind of people. 
there was nothing hard about that job
working with the people and free food

What is the best part of working at the company?
Not much no good pay  wage no bonuses  micromanaged and lose of hours till you quit 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The boss thinks no one ever knows there job no matter  how long you have worked in the industry 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Two faced and favoritism   no chance for advancing  to higher level  of job

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Being judged and ridiculed  be expected to be responsible for  more then what your paid for

I would come in to work have a good talk with the owners and joke around while still being professional, Would work the cash register, while keeping the restaurant clean. As well as serve the food to the customers. Then after a long days work I would receive a free meal every shift, that was longer than 5 hours. They treated me well and is a great part time job.

Working in Burger Baron is productive because I learned how to make pizza and experienced working in a fast food. The management is good to the employees and we had a good relation in the work place. The most enjoyable part of my job is when I hear the customer's comments that the pizza I made was delicious.

it was a family business ran and i just loved working there, i mean I did work there for an overall 5 yrs, right till they closed their doors. i enjoyed working with everyone there, we had our ups and downs but we always came out better. Some people didnt last but oh well.

i worked there 3.5 years ago before the new owners, then management was great the staff was great but the owner was difficult to work for. I've been in there since and the new owners have done a great job!

The owner is a really nice person. The workload is not that tiring. They will treat you family there. They will pay you what’s your salary is. I will recommend whoever what’s to work in there.

i did not like this place one bit. the other girls were to stuck up. the manager was a jerk, and it was just one big mess! i only worked there cause i was trying to move out of my grnadmas house. im glad there closed now!
