Busters Pizza

Busters pizza was great company to work for. Their staff treats you just like family, so kind & generous. When i started to work at buster i learned very quickly that it was a fast paste job. Working there you're on your feet 24/7 so you gotta be prepared for a busy day/night. The hardest part of my job would have to be, being able to help more than one costumer at once.I enjoyed every moment of my job just because i was in such a positive environment.

As soon as you walk in the doors you're greeted with a friendly hello and an expectation to be on the floor as soon as possible. I am taught that the floor is mine, the customers are mine, and the maintenance is to be controlled. My co-workers are my friends but my job is first. The biggest struggle, bathroom duty. The biggest achievement, free food.

They call you for a shift out of interview for 3 hours, and give you the shift when I was leaving they told me that they will let me know and then when I asked they told that they will call if required.then after 10 days I asked will I get any shift they said no. I asked for my money they gave it.

I know It's owned by different people now, but when I worked there it was very poorly managed. They weren't following the recipes correctly and they didn't treat all customers equally. The tips were supposed to be shared, but I never got a single dollar. The pay wasn't good either. Hours were very unpredictable.

The location I worked at was one of the few that was open until 3am on weekends and 12am weekdays.  There would be times you won't get an order from 12am to 3am. So you would just be sitting there and do nothing. 

Also you will be trained by 3 different people and who will have to remember what they taught you. No mistakes.

a typical work day was fast paced if we were busy but on a normal day it tended to be quite slow. you quickly learn how to make pizzas but your paychecks are not by auto-deposit it is by a physical cheque.

productive,staff are well trained,food safety and handling are proper,on time for orders,facilities are well clean,costumers assisting are fast.food are fresh and well done.

Overall i felt that it was an incredible first job to have due to the requirements that were meant to be achieved. The most enjoyable part of the job is that you get fair breaks and a proper disscount.
