C&C Electrical Mechanical

I have worked for C&C for the last year and a half and have never been happier working for a company. Yes we have seen employees come and go. Some leave for personal reasons while others unfortunately were not a fit within the office. We all work very closely together and have finally found the team that is built for success!! The upper management is the most supportive and caring bunch of individuals, especially the woman who was described as "rude, heartless and selfish" This is the farthest from the truth, as I have worked closely with her every day for the last year and a half. She is compassionate, extremely caring, understanding, selfless and a real pleasure to work with everyday. Upper management has set me up for success and I know they have the backs of every employee here. 
Every employee at C&C, from upper management, to the key account managers and even the fleet of technicians, are easy to work with and are there to help each other when it is needed. This is an amazing opportunity and work place for anyone. 
Anyone who gives a bad review for this company needs to really take a close look at themselves and not blame others for their mistakes.

Forget about your personal life, management believes you are at their beck and call, say your in Surrey it's 3:30, you think it's time to go home, forget about that. They will send you to UBC for a 4 hour job and expect to have it done. 
When your on call you work all night, get hardly any sleep but your still expected to be up for your first job the next day
Except to drive all over Metro Vancouver with no logic, from Downtown Vancouver to Surrey to North Vancouver to Richmond and that's just one day

Hard work and long hours, lots of promises with no rewards. Can tend to have drama and high school antics, especially with upper management. Management expects perfection of current position before advancements are eligible. Management then professes position can not be mastered, no advancement given. Management and supervisors will lie. Three years of dedicated and loyal employment without one pay increase. 

The office is filled with drama, gossip and immature high school like behaviour and its a very toxic environment. There is a lack of communication between office staff and technicians. The employer under value their staff and falsely promise promotions, salary increase and benefits which they do not follow through with.  I would not recommend working here.

If I could give them a negative rating I would.

Although the work is fast paced, there is a large team available to assist where needed. As an EA I am often given a varied set of tasks and given some free reign to chip away at them. Workplace culture is very positive, and was welcoming for me as a newcomer.

Everything is done on your phones from work orders to writing quotes. Everyone has an iPad and iPhone to make this process easy. The teamwork and support you get from all the technicians makes it an easy transition. This place is all about the people.

Recommended for anyone looking for an exciting place to work with lots of opportunity. There is a roll and a career here for everyone.

I saw the vans all over the place and decided to apply when I saw a position come up. Really organized, great guys in the field. The office girls are pleasant to deal with but have a ton to do.
