Lots of great people that work in the company. There is a divide from upper management and the working people. A lot of them seem to want to just better themselves rather than work as one company. A lot of people are mainly worried about themselves and only making themselves better.

I was employed by CaTech and what can I say about them. Their Management team is firm about their expectations but flexible enough to understand the daily requirements of family life. If I were to move to southern Ontario again I would reapply in a moments notice.

The company pays well. You have to work hard and long hours to succeed which makes work-life balance a challenge. It is a high-stress, (sometimes) politically charged environment, but I would still recommend CA as a company to work for, and enjoy my time here!

holding an international name with proven culture, the environment helped me to gain a lot of business and field experiences. moreover, work culture and diversity provided me good chances to grow and achieve higher career levels.

CA Technologies offers good pay and benefits plus a flexible work culture. But it has an overly bureaucratic corporate culture focused more on internal requirements than real-world success.

I worked for the APIM BU and I learned a lot with many people that i had the pleasure to work with. The BU had the focus in API and security as well. It was a great experience for my career.

Worked 12-14 hours most days.
Earned between $350K-$550K - no commission cap
Reported to the US and management in my BU were great
Sold a solution that was exciting

Good company but growth opportunity doesn't exist always. Flexible, existing opportunity when given; need to be willing to jump into resolve any issues.

Most enjoyable- Co-workers, Month end deadlines- dealing with pressure and the sense of achievement

Overall CA is nice a place to work.  Upper management needs to figure out what they are doing!  Constant management changes are a drag
