Up early to get to emails, put out fires from the day before, follow-ups from angry customers and some nice ones too, phone calls, plan your day, work your day then do emails till late at night while expectations are to do research on competitors on your own family time. No work life balance.

What I learned is that no matter how right you are and how things should be handled, that blood is thicker than water. You can never put your point forward (even if it is the right one) to someone who has a family member working in the company with clout. You will always be wrong no matter what! There are far too many internal family members working together that make you feel like your in a hutterite colony.

The most enjoyable part about the job is working with customers. They were by far more pleasant to be around and appreciated the service that they were given.

The team is awesome and everyone is great to work with. The challenges are thriving and interesting. Collaboration, relevant advices and feedbacks may be difficult to get due to leaders and managers being quite busy or "absent", which is a downside especially during onboarding and integration. The culture seems to be drifting and political game happens on all levels, even though it's stated otherwise. The job description and tasks was different from the actual job itself which is confusing.

It's a fun place to work if you like challenges. You will constantly be pushed to your limits as there is a high output demand from each employee. There is a quota to reach each day so you never stop working. Not for the faint of heart as you will be working with tough people that don't want to be messed around with.

Professional and friendly working environment. With the experience I gained in my sixteen years of service, I was given opportunities that granted me the ability to advance within the company, building trusting relationships with customers and co-workers.

You’re hired on by agency with false premise of being hired on-board. No benefits no pay raises. Hours are long 9 hour days. Management also hires you for one position then decides to put you under another position with little to no say.

In Camso you don't feel like a number in a big corporation. The atmosphere is good to work in and people are nice. The values of the company are lived by all employees and you feel apart of something when working there.

Great place to work. Teams are small and everybody is helping each other. Lots of challenges. Michelin integration is still on going and can be quite hard to follow new procedures.


Good working space clean and well kept loved that about the place, the people/atmosphere give the company that love. I'm grateful to have been apart of that circle

This is the best company I worked for, I mean there were couple of issues, but just normal everyday fixer problems LOL. Stalin vega the warehouse manager is the best.
