Work hard you will be fine. Cheaters will not be tolerated.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Check quality at each press hourly, cmm programming or running, gauge control, cut and etch to analyze Weld penetration

I ran a series of metal Stamping Presses, ranging from a 50-500 tonne press. Typically I operated, sorted, checked quality, and reworked a range of parts.
I learned safe work habits around heavy machinery and how to be efficient, in my day to day duties.
The management was always fair and cool headed. It was encouraged to do your best, and no unsafe work was ever forced upon me.
The hardest part of the job was clearing the scrap steel which would fall beneath the machines, onto a conveyor. Sometimes the scrap would fall onto the floor and could be very sharp.

overall, was a great environment to work in ,fast paced work to keep you busy all day long, lots of jobs to learn if you want to let them know you want to stay an employee and bank some overtime hours. Management isn't very well organized but pay and benefits made up for it.

management have no clue how to run a shop. especially a machine shop. dont know how to order anything or make on time deliveries.
almost lost biggest customers numerous amounts of times, once they loose one more. they will be closing the doors.


Hostile environment, Hostile environment,
That’s pretty much everything I can say about this place they will turn on you ! If you like being told what to do with no solution or resources then enjoy . Management is lead by a hot headed individual that thinks he’s always right and believes you should cower to him and if u don’t good luck they will hunt u down 

Management and co-workers helped me to be successful.
It was a fast-paced environment with multiple demands all at the same time, but cooperation from everyone made the work environment manageable. Good, hard-working people made it a great place to work.

Chaotic. No process. Weak management.  No direction.  No processes or standardization.  Do not raise your hand or speak your mind as upper management is relentlessly looking for blood.  Zero team atmosphere - no one gets along.  It’s very sad.   I would not recommend.

Complete false hope. And favoritism at its finest.
Believe nothing.
Dirty facility, and sub-standard equipment.
Safety is not respected.  Quality is not adhered to.

Great place to work with a union environment. Hands on with the entire team was great for team environment. front office staff was great, along with the general labor team.

The day you start the employer gives you training then its straight to the presses! The job offered great benefits and had the opportunity to grow with the company.
