A Typical Day at Work
A typical day often felt repetitive and reactive, with constant firefighting due to a lack of proper planning and preventative maintenance. There was little structure, and tasks were often assigned last minute with unclear priorities.

What I Believe I Learned
While I did gain some technical experience, much of the learning felt self-directed due to limited guidance or structured training. I also learned how to adapt in a disorganized environment and how to manage expectations in a challenging setting.

Management
Management was inconsistent. Communication was often poor, and decisions were frequently made without input from frontline workers. Support was limited unless problems escalated significantly. Feedback was rare, and recognition for hard work was minimal.

Workplace Culture
The culture felt divided, with noticeable favoritism and a lack of cohesion between shifts and departments. Morale was often low due to pressure, lack of clarity, and unrealistic expectations. Collaboration was limited, and trust in leadership was lacking.

The Hardest Part of the Job
The most difficult part was working without the proper tools, information, or support to do the job efficiently. Constant changes and unclear direction made it hard to stay motivated or feel valued.

The Most Enjoyable Part of the Job
Despite the challenges, the few moments of team collaboration and solving difficult problems under pressure brought a sense of accomplishment. Some coworkers made the environment more bearable through shared support and camaraderie.




This is a place for wire burners not welders. The weld settings are incredibly high. Almost every single  wire burners repeatedly fail the C.W.B mig flat and horizontal weld test because not used to proper/normal welding parameters. If you ask questions nobody can answer or you get told that's the way it is.C.W.B test is the only time you will use proper settings. It's the worst place I've ever worked, it's a sweat shop. There's accidents here almost every second day because how much people get pushed and the long hrs. For what they pay it's basically the same as other companies. REALLY JUST STAY AWAY WHAT A MISTAKE 

Cliquey place.
Ethnicities hang out with their own for the most part. 
The guys in charge on the floor have each others backs if something happens or if one person doesn’t like someone, they all don’t like them. I’ve seen them pick on certain people and they get away with a lot. 
Quality of welding isn’t good. The people with the “most experience” actually should retire because the quality of welding isn’t good.

really fun place to work! co-worker and CEO are really nice. No pressure at all at any time as long as you do your job right.the CEO willingness to keep you happy is remarkable. safety is at first  when it come to work whenever and wherever the site. its as dirty as satisfying job ... and this. is. a. nasty. job trust me! there's a lot to learn and they're willing to give you any tool to accomplish your goal.

Working environment toxic. Awkward stuff happened like my food were stolen from fridge several times. Did complain several times but no body cared about it. Training weren't provided properly. Nothing were organized so very stressful. Benefit sucks. Overall I would like to say very unprofessional  work environment.

I have been working in the great company for more than 19 years.
I love the work environment, the benefit package is also great.

I now want to pursue a career in Human Resources to further advance my work career.

Unionized environment where the supervisor spends 90% of his time in the office rather then the floor where he's needed. None of the workers know how to operate the conveyors and flippers, horrible training. Management needs an overhaul.
