Cargocabbie is a fast paced company and keeps you on your toes most times. Working on the road is unlike most moving jobs. I have worked for about two months. I always felt included and a strong member of the team. Irrespective of my job title, I had an equal opportunity to voice out my opinions and suggestions. The team leads are understanding and give you the opportunity to learn from your mistakes. The hours can get long sometimes but that comes with the nature of the job. However, majority of my co-workers are highly committed to getting the job done, which I find is highly admirable.

I’ve been with CARGO CABBIE for about 10 months now, and it’s been a great experience. I started off as a mover/driver and quickly got the chance to take on more responsibilities. As I grew into the role, so did the tasks, and the pay.

The team here is solid. The guys are respectful, easy to work with, and take pride in what they do. The work is clean and well-organized, and we get to work with some of the best clients in the city.

What really stands out is the management. Javier and the leadership team are genuinely good people, approachable, fair, and they actually listen. They run a tight ship but give you the room to grow and succeed.

The trucks are clean, the tools are in great shape, and everything runs like it should. If you’re looking to be part of a team that works hard, stays professional, and treats you right, CARGO CABBIE is the place.

I recently started employment at Cargo Cabbie as a logistics coordinator. From the very first day I was welcomed and at ease. The workplace environment has been amazing and positive. Javier (the owner) and the whole team of Cargo Cabbie have been extremely kind and professional. I have been here less than a month however I can tell this is an establishment I will stay with long term. There is no doubt that employees are valued and looked after here. No matter what position you hold within the company (mover, driver, labourer, office admin) you are treated with respect and your best interest as an employee is top priority. I highly recommend joining the Cargo Cabbie team! 

Started working for the company back in the fall. They helped me learn the ropes on how to prepare items, pack objects, and move furniture as I had no prior experience. The crew members are very welcoming and a pleasure to work with, you will meet all kinds of friendly faces around whether it is the owner, office staff, as well as the team leads. Everyone is very supportive of each other, work cohesively as a team and always bring a great atmosphere to the workplace. The work can be a lot at times but that comes with the job itself, but the team members always try to equalize the load to prevent people from being overwhelmed. There is a place for everyone here at Cargo Cabbie, you will always feel welcomed and cherished.

I've worked for Javi and Cargo Cabbie for a year and a half now.

It's a tough job moving houses/furniture, but the atmosphere in the office and the movers you work with really make a difference.

I've worked at other moving companies before, and I can say that the atmosphere Javier creates at Cargo Cabbie is 2nd to none.

He cares about his workers, pushes us to be the best we can be, and is always appreciate of a hard-day's work..

I worked here for about four months.
To start I had no experience whatsoever. I learned how to move in a short period of time. . The majority of guys are phenomenal. I worked with a bunch of great guys who really care about helping people move. The tips from jobs were a good reflection of that. At the office everyone treated me with respect and I appreciated how well everyone treated me. It was a hard job with some days long hours, but the money was good and helped me get back on my feet. I liked that the uniform is free and I didn’t have to pay for it. All in all, I enjoyed working at cargo cabbie.

I’ve been working as a professional packer at Cargo Cabbie for the past  three years, and it’s been a good, exciting, and always a different experience! The company is incredibly supportive, and the work environment is positive, professional, and uplifting. The team feels like family, and I always feel valued and appreciated for the work I do. I love helping clients during their moves and knowing that we’re making their experience less stressful. Cargo Cabbie truly cares about its employees and clients alike. I’m grateful to be part of such a great company!

Every employee at Cargo cabbie does their best to make you feel at home and help you when you need it. Even if you have very little experience moving, they teach you everything that they know. The work is tough somedays, and can go late sometimes. Their can be some last minute schedule changes due to the nature of the industry, but as long as you keep them informed of your availability, they try to accommodate.

Overall a great company to work for.

Working at Cargo Cabbie has giving me all sorts of great opportunities to do different types of tasks. It also has allowed me to move high within this company.
The best part is the fact that I can balance my work and personal life.  The safety standards implanted now with Covid really create a secure environment for everyone. I will definitely recommend Cargo Cabbie.
