What is the best part of working at the company?
This company is very exciting and activating!

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
According to my experience theres no stressful part about working in this company, as long as you do your part.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environment in the company is very fun, happy, very transparent and motivating

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Focusing on tasks such as picker you must focus to pick all the stuffs. Checking if theres damage.

Management was awful, high expectations and little to no guidance. Learned a lot about various computer skills, excellent co-workers. They were what made CCM a great place to be. The hardest part of the job was trying to learn independently, as opposed to receiving a proper, well-rounded training. Gym onsite is excellent and convenient. Noon yoga and crossfit classes were offered, however, the department in which I worked did not permit participation.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Very good jobs for people that have overseas families. Company Very multi ethnic, and lenient on time taken off.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Change of work ethic and methods hourly.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
People are  basically very friendly,and willing to help you out.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
8 hours of work, nonstop.Work will be given to you as needed.

Excellent working environnement with great employees to work with. Great social life with various team building activities and happenings; on-site gym with CrossFit and yoga classes, morning hockey games. Good collaboration between departments, advancement possible depending in which department you are in though!  

I was able to learn how to used the scanner through CCM 

And in CCM we work in a team which make the job easy and fast for the company 
In my opinion I recommend CCM Hockey to anyone seeking for job in Canada 

We were all treated equally and with so much respect 
CCM always make sure the environment is safe for the it’s workers 
Supervisor are well manner and been helpful to his worker too 

As an employee of CCM,u must learn to tolerate, accommodate and been cheerful is the ultimate,laziness is not allowed, so u must be very active. The management encourages their workers,they also organized a seminar recently, trying to understand their employees better,a

Overall, the job is not too difficult and most people would be able to handle it. The management does not behave bad, they actually care about people but not enough! 

I love doing sport such as swimming, beach & indoor volleyball, table tennis and more.
I like to learn new things.
I am a very serious, versatile person and very helpful who need the most

I hate the fact that I had to walk non stop. It felt tiresome and my feet couldn’t bear the pain. When I wanted to take things slow I was critiqued for my lack of efficiency.

Pros:

Nice offices and passionate colleagues who love hockey.

Cons:

Lack of accountability from upper management. Pay below average and outdated systems.
