I worked for CCS Contracting Ltd, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it as a place to work. The company lacks important benefits that are standard in most workplaces, such as direct deposit and overtime pay. Additionally, there is a lack of direction and training provided to employees, which can make it difficult to meet tight deadlines especially when it comes down to shuffling people around and needing to always train the new guy as the high turn around can be accounted for their lack of communication and coordination to work together.

What's more, there is often a disconnect between what management expects and what is actually possible given the available resources. Employees are frequently asked to deliver on projects with incomplete or inadequate materials and training, yet are still held accountable for not meeting expectations. This can create a frustrating and demoralizing work environment

Overall, I believe that CCS Contracting Ltd has the potential to be a great place to work, but only if they prioritize the needs and well-being of their employees. If the company were to invest in direct deposit, overtime pay, and better or actual training and resources for their employees, it could lead to a more productive and positive workplace culture.

Lack of planning, unorganized and take on way too much then they can handle when it comes to work. A lot of improper roofing techniques are done in order to meet the impossible hours/deadlines and you are push to the point we’re your practically running. They still do the cheques which is very annoying as a lot of banks won’t cash them in right away and from what I heard it’s so “guys show up on paydays” which is ridiculous as some people have bills and working long hours don’t always have time to get to the bank on time. No over time which is very annoying as you are pretty much forced to work long hours and expect you to work weekends even though it says Monday to Friday. In my experience they care

Working at CCS Contracting comes with several challenges:

3. There are no opportunities for career advancement (it feels like being stuck in a rut).
4. Overtime is not compensated (banking hours instead).
5. Low pay
6. Colleagues are not necessarily allies (stay cautious).

P.S. It might be helpful to weigh these aspects against your personal and professional goals.

Give an inch, they'll take a mile.  Field employees treated very poorly, do it or find another job type of place.  Forced to install material in adverse weather conditions which deteriorates the quality and expected longevity a customer should be able to expect.  Forced to work weekends, long hours, but no over time.  Banked hours, which sometimes weren't added or would disappear with no reason from the office.  Cheques would be late on several occasions, sometimes a few hours, sometimes a couple days.

CCSContracting is a  very well run company. It treats all Its employees very good. 
 An average work day is filled with lots of challenges  and there’s lots of fun people to work with. 
I learned a lot about new programs and incorporating new workflows and lot of new Technology to work with. 
 Management is very experienced and easy to work with.

Worked for CCS Cladding for two month. Starting wage was $20/hour. CCS is banking all of your OT hours, you get no choice. Long work hours, sometimes without breaks for 7 hours, very fast paced, very physically and mentally demanding job, very stressful. Some supervisors are rude, racist and very unprofessional. Safety procedures are not followed, not much training is provided, you have to buy your own tools and equipment all the time.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service. This role involves answering calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience with customer support tools. The goal of this position is to ensure customer satisfaction 

Start on site at 7 am, fill out daily hazard assessments, lift inspections, fall protection equipment, and harness inspections making sure all equipment is safe for usage. Hardest part of the job; carrying 30ft+ long sheets weighing over 300lbs from storage areas too work areas. Lots of fun to be had with your coleagues always a good group of people.
