Delivery Drivers are overworked, underpaid, unappreciated, and disrespected. Loads on the trucks are constantly getting heavier and the drivers are getting burnt out and injured.
The vet clinics have no respect for the delivery drivers and treat them like dirt. Management has no respect for the delivery drivers and won't listen to any concerns.
The trucks are leased and are not fit to be on the road. It is extremely difficult to get any repairs done by the lease company.

This place lacks leadership as there is no management present in the warehouse and is run by a group of kids.There is no policies or procedures in place and health & safety is the unknown. Employees do what they want and come & go at their own time.

average day in afternoon was 12 to 11 roughly, learned to drive powerjack effeciently, Manager was very easy to get along with, gained many friends among co-workers, toughest part was constant repetition and most enjoyable part is in the co-workers

Working here was actually great, the team was great, management was ,for the most part, great as well. Work and life balance was good, with more than average paid days off, and above min wage. The big down side is if you have any kind of back or hip problems, this is not the job for you. Other then that, it was great!

The days go fast when u stay on task people are nice to work with.they provide paid training and the vehicles are kept in good condition.the winters in calgary are hard so the driving of a 5 ton is challenging but rewarding.

very easygoing place to work, good management, decent salary, nothing to really complain about here. really easy to make friends and find people with shared interests here 

they have no respect for the employee. they treat employees very bad . employees must take a regular mental health day. very stressful atmosphere. the manager does not care about safety rules in the warehouse

It is a toxic work environment. Management doesn't care about their employees and they scrutinize their employees if they are unable to work overtime. I do not recommend anyone to work here.

Employees are overworked and underpaid. Management is completely clueless. No work-life balance. Management constantly adds more work to employees but expects the work to get done faster.
