A typical day in the mail room, opening mail, distributing etc
It was a routine job, working with other women of different cultures
Some of the women were from different backgrounds, and it was
a little bit difficult understanding them.
The hardest part of the job was being at a machine for most of the day
opening envelopes, they had a counter and it had to fast in volume.
I enjoyed meeting different people, although they were mostly women,
some were nice and helpful.
I learned to enjoy the job, the supervisor was understanding and approachable, some weeks the work was very slow and it gaved me time to do other things as well.

Taking inbound calls from existing customers regarding their magazine service. Responsible for providing customers their account balance, taking bill payments, resolving minor and complicated billing issues, adjusted bills when needed, adding customers to existing accounts, updating mailing addresses and phone numbers. CSS and ASPECT are used on a daily basis, along with MS word, excel, and Outlook. Some back office work and data entry is also done a daily basis. Worked mostly independently as well as in a team.
