Owners see co-workers fighting among themselves as entertainment and actually encourage it for their own amusement. The work environment is extremely toxic. Mgt. disrespects employees on a regular basis. They make fun of employees all the time and do it publicly thus humiliating them. Mgt. yells and swears at employees out loud so everyone can hear them. They only care about themselves and their own needs. I've seen co-workers in tears because of the way they were treated and Mgt. just makes fun of them all the more for it.

do not even think of applying to this company. no respect for employee or their skills.  Management will insult you, in front of other co workers or by mass email to all regardless of department.  Female employees are treated as second rate by management.  The harder you work, the less respect received- Way too much drama going on daily- very toxic enviornment. All Management seems to thrive on initiating discord among employees

I worked on various job sites, first as a temporary employee then after being hired on full time. The employees were amazing to work with management is a mixed bag, Owners are owners there pretty decent, but the bottom line is the bottom line which it should be. If you get the chance to work with this company you will work long thankless hours, but pay and employees will more than make up for it.

Most of management are rude to employees. Difficult to book time off. Job supervisor is completely unwilling to work with employees when they need personal days. Typical day is quite boring: a lot of driving around, cleaning, demolition work, etc...

i would clean up after fires and floods and sewage backups. the management was horrible and unprofessional. most enjoyable part of the job was being able to travel and meet new people the hardest part of the job was dealing with co workers

The business was contingent upon a healthy relationship with insurers and inclement weather to drive in revenue opportunities.

Without either of these the revenue stream would dry up making business unable to occur.

Working with the company has been beneficial in such a way I have learned many leadership skills and how to hand a job on my own. Although I am only 24 years old I have run and continue to work on multiple jobs with ownership only checking in on a need to know basis.

enjoyed my time at cdt international  although things got slow. Was appreciated for a job well done!! co-workers go along well with each other. Left as I was hired by another company and was worried about being laid off.

It wasn't bad, and I learned a lot taking it on as a summer job. Supervisor was a nice guy, and I lost a little weight with how hard I was working during my time there.
