All of my coworkers were really supportive and always open to answering questions and providing assistance when needed. I would start my day at 06:00 and end at 15:00, with usual overtime. I have lots of experience with a weed wacker, painting and general factory maintenance (cleaning, rules,etc.) The hardest part of the job was the heat, because we had to wear jeans and PPE throughout the summer. The company provided freezies though for those working in the heat. For the pay I got, there was nothing I could complain about.

A typical day working at CGC starts with a safety meeting and stretches, next we would go down to the production floor and start right away where I would work by myself and place boards between stacks of drywall so fork lifts could take them to the loading zones. The hardest part of my job was the hours. I worked shifts of 12 rotating through nights and days.

Awful place to work! No raises or incentives, but lots of broken promises. You will be treated like garbage and be worked like a slave. Completely mismanaged operation. The hours will change constantly and you will do the same repetitive task day after day. Seems like it would be a fun place to work with opportunities to grow, but you will be treated worse than a dog and be given nothing in return.

Leadership her was the biggest issue I had. I worked here for 2 years with a clean safety record, no ANI's, no written warnings (just one verbal) and then I had one safety related incident and was let go.
They don't care about your record at the company, if they don't like to for any reason they will use any incident to let you go.

Starting work here was great, then after 3 months it all goes down hill! Your treated horribly, they constantly change the hours you work. No matter how hard you work you won't be recognized, don't plan on getting a raise until you've worked there for 2 years minimum.

Growing Co. with easy revenue collection as a first party provided uninterrupted connections of daily utility usage for public. More accounts managers in a small space management issue. Co-workers mixed type.Hardest part of job too much noise.The most enjoyable part if willing can work more than 40 hours a week for more earning.

Great company people family atmosphere promote within treat employees with respect. Great marketing support always leading in innovations and technology also they are the market leaders and do everything to stay on top.

A typical day at work would be a bit stressful. Thou, gratifying experience assisting customer over the phone.

Managers think they know better than everyone else. Expected to do overtime and come early. No room for growth and people get fired without notice all the time.
