The work itself wasn't the problem, job was enjoyable as well as the co-workers.  Management however, was another story.  From day 1 I heard stories of shady practice from the front office.  After a couple of months it seemed clear to me that the management style here is "Pass The Buck".

My employment here ended when I left willingly after being told that asking about my benefits (that were 3+ months) overdue was disrespectful and the implication was made that it was somehow my fault.  Management also claimed that the delay was because of the ins company and that they would have told me about it but they had no way of getting a hold of me (I'd been absent the previous because of Covid).  I guess my phone number, email address and the fact that someone could have walked out onto the floor and told me aren't considered good ways of getting in touch with me.  I also never received any of the signing bonuses I was promised at hiring.

The company is a dream come true. Your true potential is unleashes here. More abundant career growth is on the way. The management are really good in leading the people.

I worked in a school cafeteria.  The focus was on making money, not feeding the children nutritious meals
Very hard to get a second worker to help out. Expected to work solo . Very little hours given to workers
