A day at work was always different, it mixed from a fast flow to a slow flow so it always kept us on our toes. I learned to always be proactive and stay ahead so I can anticipate what may or may not happen. The culture around the store, the best way to describe is worldly because we had people from multiple parts of the world so there was always a topic that can be had. The management sometimes wasn't always ideal but at the end of the day we could always rely on them to help accommodate us to our needs. The hardest part was sometimes keeping up with the demand, if it got busy on a day we did not anticipate we ended up being short of product so we had to work as a unit and communicate so we can work like a machine to make it workout in the end. The best and most enjoyable part of it was the employee's. The Cinnzeo employee's are some of the most kindest people I have ever had of meeting and I would always encourage people to meet them if they could.

- Work independently but with co-workers during holidays (Christmas season)
- Hardest part of the job is when I'm working alone and I have to be a cashier, baker, and all employee duties all at once.
- I enjoy having the challenge of being able to multitask and serve customers without leaving them disappointed. I also love seeing the usual customers and greet them everyday.

I started working at Cinnzeo when i entered high school, and stuck with it for four years. after about 6 months of working their i was moved up to supervisor. i trained new employees, managed the store in place of the manager, baked goods, handled customers, operated the cash register, did daily reports, handled stock, and kept the place clean, and just about everything in between.

The people that you work with are really great. However, management loves to causes problems. The location I worked at had a terrible manager. They didn't know the first thing about business and it showed. They were terrible with every employee and treated us like garbage all the time. Overall, you have to work for the coworkers cause they make it. But the manager, stay as far away as possible from him.

The business is fairly small. The owners, while I was working there, kept a very understaffed ship that mades working there incredibly stressful. As a student, I was consistently scheduled during times I had courses. The employees at the time were great, however some of the management left more to be desired. Otherwise, the work was fairly straight forward and the owners were pretty good on training.

I'm the head baker, I run the back of the store and makes sure everything is on time and done incredibly well. Quality is important and needs to be perfect.

Hardest part of the job ... There is none, it's a great job.

It’s a good place to start for someone coming for college or high school. It’s very fast paced and stressful when winter or holidays arrive, lines become really long. But after Holliday it slows down and just a regular fast food store.

being my first job, it wasn't as hard as I expected it. Managers are very caring and thoughtful to your personal needs. Hours are flexible and they consider taking a shift off for school purposes. 

I worked for the corporate locations and unfortunately my experience was not positive. Management was inappropriate and the company failed to pay all hours worked, Therefor I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Cinnzeo is the company I spent most of my high school years at. I worked there for about 4 years and Honestly I had a great time and made lots of good memories.
