One the worst place to work. Unfair employee treatment some people barely work and it's overlooked but there other even when working hard are constatly criticized. The new manager barely knows how things work and is unwilling to help.

You can't ask questions directly to the managers and they will either ignore your emails or take 5 days to answer your emails.
There's no structure or precise goals communicated to the employees. Most of the staff and up leaving

Is is a good workplace and it is easy to do most of the tasks. You have to put the dishes in the right tracks and push them in the machine. Once it is clean you have to organize them and put them in their place. The only thing that might be hard to do is push the heavy carts in the hallways of the hospital.

if you want WLB yes, but not for money or career.
hospital doesn't give a shit about you, you just keep working and thats it. Management is not a thing you can expect, people in position are never qualified and they never had any diploma or certificate in management. 

The salary is okay, the coworkers are so helpful, kind and patient. The reason that i give 3 stars is that there isn’t a lot of employees so you end up doing the job of 3 people which is really stressful.

Good workplace depending on the team.  Good for working from home. A bit of mismanagement  in HSCM and a lot of buraucracy. Not a lot of support from upper management.
