With my many years experience in my field, I find my job extremely easy, I am always eager to learn new aspects in any job and love challenging myself. I work closely with all management including the president. 

I am punctual, extremely reliable and very efficient. I take pride in what I do and  will never disappoint my piers or my customers. I am a team play and work well with everyone. I admire new comers to Canada I believe it takes a lot of confidence to come to a new country where you don't know many people and try to make a life for yourself and family. 

The most enjoyable part of my job is helping people whether co-workers or customers.  

I love my job but I've been there 6 years now and don't want to commute any longer. I live in Scarborough On and looking to re-locate to the Durham area, and currently work in Etobicoke. Other than that I would retire from Classic Towing.

The towing industry is a demanding and very dangerous job, I have had many close calls and have been hit by a truck once. I was wearing my hard hat which I know saved my life. A typical day at work ???? Where does one start let alone finish? The day starts off with a call anywhere between 4am or 6am and could finish the next day at 6am. You could be doing anything from changing a tire, delivering fuel, towing in a breakdown or cleaning up a single/ multi vehicle accident. I have learned to think on my feet and to watch my back at all times when it comes to traffic. I have utilized time management in getting the road open as fast and safe as possible. I think the hardest part of the job is having to deal with limited sleep and the long hours. The most enjoyable of the job is receiving gratitude from a customer who is stranded.

they say they are a family company the only family in that company are the people that are related they don't care about any one or care about any issues with employees that care some managers care but can only do so much its sad really now all the news feeds they put out are garbage cause never believe that they care you will be dearly disappointed

Work on contract with CAA. CAA is cheap and continuely changes contract. When busy it's great. CAA wants to many drivers out which depletes the amount of calls each driver gets and when you get paid per call it really hurts the pay check.

Good place to start out but not to grow. You'll be thrown in everything you're qualified to drive with little training. Trucks have barely basic equipment, no new equipment will be bought because other employees steal it. 

Management needs improved. Long hours and commissions pay only and work not guaranteed to pay a lot. It's the way most tow bussiness is because you're a contractor not employee.Jobs are risky and not appreciated by management or dispatch

Seems like this towing industry needs more drivers who show up on time to work or show up at all... great company to work for.
bad mouthing drivers are problem lazy drivers I made a good living with Classic just decided to move on im my own business.

Awful pays $11.25 per call your lucky to get 10 a day you pay your own fuel in trucks so about $30 a day no benefits no tax deduction so pay close attention all in all you make less then pizza boy but work with great co-workers

Classic is well run and operated with a great staff and management. the job is an adventure on a daily basis but its fun place to work.office staff is a pleasure to work with.

typical day in this company is sleeping in ur truck making no money i didnt learn anything from this company as i had hoped coworkers were the only good thing about the company
