CLS is a very forward thinking company and an awesome place to work! The ownership truly cares about each individual, welcomes open communication and leads by example. The culture at CLS is one of the best I've ever worked for and everyone is hard working and loves what they do. Going to work feels more like a family atmosphere than just a job.  Training processes are in place which really helps people feel comfortable in each position. The managers are always willing to help and will take time out of their day to help where required.  The compensation is more than fair and there are endless opportunities for advancement.  Highly recommend!

Working at CLS, there is rarely a dull moment. Whether it's the fast paced always changing work, or the great people all a part of making it happen, there's always something exciting to take from each day. There are ample opportunities for growth within the company, as well as a large variety of different careers in many divisions of the company; meaning theres something for everyone. My favourite part of working at CLS is that no one day is the same as the last. It forces you to be creative, adaptive and always learning.

Expected to work 6 days a week, but hours can be taken away at any time, cant count on full time

Teamwork is discussed, but not practiced

Alot of heavy lifting, customer service, and grumpy people

CLS is a great place to work, and grows bigger and better every year. The owners are very supportive and forward-thinking, and the customer base is very unique. The atmosphere can be very high paced and loud/dusty, and yet the staff are relaxed, friendly, and efficient. 

CLS is great for students looking for a summer job, and also for those looking for a permanent position.

Lots of opportunities to learn and grow within the company. The management team is always willing to help answer questions and provide support.

The management at CLS is amazing and very supportive, weather your need to leave early or take a day off they are fantastic, management always has your back. I would recommend this company to everyone if you are social and cool headed individual. 

Have had a great experience working within a forward leaning company.  Proper equipment and tools provided on sites to complete projects. Provided full time winter work to keep me employed year round. Plenty of opportunity to be challenged and advance my skills.

Great people to work with! However the sheer amount of projects going at one time makes it difficult to finish a job correctly. Did not agree with some of the management decisions.

These guys were good to work for but they work a ton of hours and i was looking for more time off that they were not able to give me, if your looking for a ton of hours this is your spot
