Run far away from the concord location, bunch of lazy coworkers. Hard work and willingness to learn isn't appreciated nor acknowledged, working there is all about who you blow. If you're not a chain smoker or willing to laugh at the supervisor's jokes then your pretty much out. Pay was ok but they want you to sell your soul to " fit in ". The office manager has been working there for many year apparently but came out into the warehouse one day and asked " where's the overhead crane located ", run far away from this place.

Spent 5 years working with I.B.S. In Fort Mac, started when there was only 6 people working in the yard , and we loaded coke cars on a traveler system.  Then the yard went from 6 to about 30 some people in under a year and it was organized chaos but i loved it and wish i never quit. #SWITCHLIFE#. Over!!!

Bullied, harassed and threatened with job loss on almost a daily basis.
Poor, unqualified management both upper and lower.
Some employees are great to work with but, most are very lazy. Only good days are when the bipolar manager likes you and targets someone else.
HR takes nothing serious or confidentially and you are on your own.

Expectations are high and only sometimes recognized by Senior Management. Very little training provided initially, mostly a learn as you go basis as there are too many different scenarios to train for.
Good opportunity to move if you are liked by Senior Management, and advancement usually happens fast if its going to happen at all.

I loved my actual job. I made sure all of the proper paperwork was in place for the railcars coming into the terminals. I had relationships with the terminal employees and the customers that provided me with documentation.

was treated unfair. Went in, did my work then went home. Was never given appraisal, on ridiculed. The customers were great. The hardest part of the job was doing my best, but never seen by others. Best part of the job was the benefits and going home at the end of the day.

do not work here, was fired after 4 days. I was a UPS store manager for 3 years. Waste of time. I was a dispatcher and the job they wanted me to do was so far and beyond a dispatch job. on my second day of work terminal manager threatened me to fire. With my credentials a got a job the same day I was fired.

Dynamic environment, challenging and rewarding at the same time. Verry difficult to balane work/life. Awesome staff for the most part. Excellent benefits, Salary structure could improve.

Low pay for industry rate and you have to work with coke dust all day long.
Get ready to shovel coke dust all day long.
Extremely dirty work environment and they are not CN!

Really waste of time working there, never been appreciated. Lots of politics . Its really sad there is no solid management  around to see how the business is handle by unskilled junior management  . Its all about talk show , no action.
